前記研磨工程の後に、前記観察面の評価を行う評価工程を備える、

前記研磨工程の後に、前記金属材料中に含まれる水素濃度を測定する水素測定工程を備える、

Claims (5)
- 金属材料に対して砥粒が固定された研磨部材を用いた湿式研磨を行うに際して、研磨液として、水の体積分率が5%以下である液体を用いて研磨する研磨工程を備える、
金属材料の評価方法。 - 水の体積分率が5%以下である前記液体が、有機溶剤またはオイルである、
請求項1に記載の金属材料の評価方法。 - 前記研磨工程の前に、
前記金属材料に外部応力を負荷する、または残留応力を発生させる応力付与工程と、
前記金属材料における観察面を決定または形成する観察面決定工程と、を順に備え、
前記研磨工程において、前記観察面に対して湿式研磨を行い、
前記研磨工程の後に、前記観察面の評価を行う評価工程を備える、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の金属材料の評価方法。 - 前記研磨工程の前に、前記金属材料に水素を導入する水素導入工程を備え、
前記研磨工程の後に、前記金属材料中に含まれる水素濃度を測定する水素測定工程を備える、
