Abstract
Description
まず、表1に記載のガラス組成となるように、調合した原料を溶融した後、粉砕、分級をすることでガラス粒子No.1〜5を得た。
<第一の実験>
硬化性樹脂として、アクリル系光硬化性樹脂を準備した。
表2に示す割合で、アクリル系光硬化性樹脂にセラミックス粒子としてアルミナ(熱膨張係数70×10-7/℃、密度3.95g/cm2)及び各種ガラス粒子を添加し、自公転ミキサーで混練後、三本ロールで脱泡を行い、セラミックス粒子及びガラス粒子を分散させたセラミックス3D造形用ペーストを得た。なお、ガラス粒子を添加しないセラミックス3D造形用ペーストについても、ガラス粒子を添加しない点以外は上記と同様の方法でセラミックス3D造形用ペーストを得た。
<第二の実験>
次に、試料Gのセラミックス3D造形用ペーストを、CAD図面として、孔径50μmの細孔を有する10mm角の平板を読み込んだ3Dセラミック造形装置にセットし、立体造形を行った。まず、造形ステージ上に、ペーストの一層厚みが40μmとなるようにディスペンサーで塗布、スキージーで広げた後、355nmの紫外線レーザーを照射して所望のパターンの硬化層を形成した。このようにして硬化層を一層形成した後、硬化層上に未硬化のペーストを導入し、同様にして前記硬化層上に新たな硬化層を積み上げる操作を2回繰り返した後、未硬化のペーストを除去し、厚み0.06mmの立体造形物の前駆体を得た。
<第三の実験>
Claims (12)
- 硬化性樹脂と無機粒子を含有するセラミックス3D造形用ペーストであって、
前記無機粒子としてセラミックス粒子及びガラス粒子を必須成分として含有することを特徴とするセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。 - 体積比で、ガラス粒子/(セラミックス粒子+ガラス粒子)が、0.01〜0.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- 無機粒子の含有量が、15体積%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- セラミックス粒子の含有量が、10体積%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- ガラス粒子の軟化点が、550〜1200℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- ガラス粒子のガラス組成が、質量%で、SiO2 10〜60%、Al2O3 0〜15%、B2O3 0〜50%、ZnO 0〜40%、BaO 0〜30%、CaO 0〜25%、SrO 0〜20%、Na2O 0〜7%、K2O 0〜2%、P2O5 0〜5%、ZrO2 0〜3%及びF2 0〜5%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- 硬化性樹脂が、光硬化性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペースト。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペーストを用いて立体造形物を製造するための方法であって、
セラミックス3D造形用ペーストに、活性エネルギー光線を照射して硬化性樹脂を硬化することにより前駆体を得る工程、
前駆体を熱処理することにより硬化性樹脂を除去するとともに、セラミックス粒子及びガラス粒子を焼結する工程を有する立体造形物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のセラミックス3D造形用ペーストの焼成体からなることを特徴とする立体造形物。
- 請求項9に記載の立体造形物からなることを特徴とするマイクロプレート。
- 請求項9に記載の立体造形物からなることを特徴とするフィルター。
- セラミック粒子及びガラス粒子を含有する無機粒子の焼結体からなる立体造形物であって、
体積比で、ガラス粒子/(セラミックス粒子+ガラス粒子)が、0.01〜0.5であることを特徴とする立体造形物。
