Abstract
【解決手段】切断センター(L)および仕分け装置(S)は、それぞれの第1および第2の制御ロジックを有し、切断センターの第1の制御ロジックと仕分け装置の第2の制御ロジックとの間に、データインターフェース手段が設けられ、該手段により、距離検出センサーによって取得された距離データが転送され、第2の制御ロジックは、動作サイクル中に定期的に、いくつかの位置で検出された距離データに基づいて高度マップを定義し、ハンドラ(1〜4)の把持工程を高度マップに基づいて制御するための処理手段を有すること、を特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- シートの切断システムであって、少なくとも切断センター(L)、前記切断センターによって切断されたピースを把持するためのハンドラー(1〜4)を備えた仕分け装置(S)、および前記ハンドラー(1〜4)が作動する領域と、前記シートを支持するのに適した切断センター(L)の内部との間で移動可能な移送ボード(5)を備え、
前記切断センター(L)は、前記移送ボード(5)の上方に移動可能に取り付けられ、前記移送ボード(5)上に置かれた切断すべきシートに関する距離データを検出する距離検出センサーを備えた切断ヘッド(L1)を備え、
前記移送ボード(5)は、前記切断ヘッド(L)によって部分的に摩耗される載置格子(5c)を備え、
前記切断センター(L)および前記仕分け装置(S)は、それぞれの第1および第2の制御ロジックを有する、切断システムにおいて、
さらに、前記切断センターの前記第1の制御ロジック(L)と前記仕分け装置の第2の制御ロジック(S)との間に、データインターフェース手段が設けられ、該手段により、前記距離検出センサーによって取得された距離データが転送されること、および
前記第2の制御ロジックは、動作サイクル中に定期的に、いくつかの位置で検出された前記距離データに基づいて高度マップを定義し、前記ハンドラ(1〜4)の把持工程を前記高度マップに基づいて制御するための処理手段を有すること、を特徴とする切断システム。 - 前記格子は、多数の尖端縁が設けられた薄い平行バーで構成されている、請求項1に記載の切断システム。
- 前記高度マップはデカルト平面のいくつかの位置における高度データを含む、請求項1または2に記載の切断システム。
- 前記いくつかの位置は、互いに10mm未満だけ離れている、請求項3に記載の切断システム。
- 前記処理手段は、新しいシートの各作業サイクルにおいて新しい高度マップを定義する、請求項1、2、3、または4に記載の切断システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステムのための仕分け装置であって、制御ロジックおよび切断センター(L)とのデータインターフェースを備え、
前記データインターフェースは、前記切断センター(L)の切断ヘッドに搭載された距離検出センサーによって取得された距離データを転送するために配置されていること、および
前記制御ロジックは、作業サイクル中に定期的に、いくつかの位置で検出された前記距離データに基づいて高度マップを定義し、前記高度マップに従って前記ハンドラ(1〜4)の把持工程を制御するための処理手段を有すること、
を特徴とする仕分け装置。 - 少なくとも切断センター(L)、前記切断センターによって切断されたピースを把持するためのハンドラー(1〜4)を備えた仕分け装置(S)、および前記ハンドラー(1〜4)が作動する領域と、前記シートを支持するのに適した切断センター(L)の内部との間で移動可能な移送ボード(5)を備える、シートの切断システムの制御方法であって、
前記移送ボード(5)上にシートを置き、前記移送ボード(5)を前記切断センター(L)に入れるステップ、
前記切断センターの切断ヘッド(L1)を前記ボード(5)の上に移動させることによって前記シートの切断を実行し、前記切断ヘッド(L1)と関連する距離検出センサーによって、前記切断ヘッド(L1)の基準高さと前記移送ボード(5)上に置かれた切断すべきシートとの間の距離データを取得するステップを備える制御方法において、
いくつかの作業サイクル中に、前記移送ボードが摩耗したときに、インターフェース手段によって、前記距離データを前記仕分け装置(S)の制御ロジックに転送するステップ、
前記制御ロジックにより、いくつかの位置で検出された前記距離データに基づいて高度マップを処理するステップ、および
前記高度マップに基づいて前記ハンドラー(1〜4)を制御するステップ、
も備える、ことを特徴とする切断システムの制御方法。 - 請求項7に記載の切断システムの制御方法において、摩耗を受けた前記移送ボードの少なくとも一部を取り換える取替ステップも備え、前記取替ステップは、前記高度マップが予め設定された高さ閾値より低いときに実行される、切断システムの制御方法。
