Abstract
Description
項1.透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具であって、該収容袋を構成する透湿性を有するシートの少なくとも一部に1cm2あたり0.1×10−3mg以上の界面活性剤が塗布されている、発熱具。
項2.前記シートが、透湿性を有する樹脂フィルム、不織布及び織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1に記載の発熱具。
項3.前記透湿性を有する樹脂フィルムが、透湿性を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである、項2に記載の発熱具。
項4.前記界面活性剤が、両性界面活性剤及びカチオン性界面活性剤からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、項1〜3のいずれかに記載の発熱具。
本発明においてシートは、透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具において、該収容袋の少なくとも一部を構成する透湿性を有するシートである。シートは、この限りにおいて制限されず、例えば樹脂フィルム、不織布、織布等が挙げられる。
前記シートの少なくとも一部には、1cm2あたり0.1×10−3mg以上の界面活性剤が塗布されている。
前記シートの少なくとも一部には、前述の通り、1cm2あたり0.1×10−3mg以上の界面活性剤が塗布されている。界面活性剤が塗布されたシートは、前記シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤の塗布することにより得ることができる。
本発熱具は、酸素(空気)の存在下で発熱する発熱性組成物の発熱原理を利用して発熱するものである。すなわち、発熱具は、酸素(空気)の存在下で発熱する発熱性組成物を備える。
本発熱具において発熱性組成物は、酸素(空気)と接触することで発熱するものであって、透湿性を有する収容袋内に収容されている。前述の通り、収容袋を構成するシートの少なくとも一部に前記界面活性剤が塗布されている。
収容袋は、透湿性を有し、前記収容袋を構成するシートの少なくとも一部に前記界面活性剤が塗布されている。
シートへの界面活性剤塗布及びシートの透湿度制御
試験手順
樹脂フィルムと不織布とを貼り合わせた積層シート(100cm2)の樹脂フィルム側に、表1に従って界面活性剤が所定濃度(0.01%、0.1%、0.5%、1%)になるように水で希釈し、得られた希釈液188mgを樹脂フィルム全面にまんべんなくスプレー塗布した。これを室温(20℃)で完全に乾燥させたのち、JIS K7129(2008年)に準拠して透湿度を測定した。このようにして、実施例1〜10の各シートを得た。
次の式に従い、塗布前の透湿度を100として、塗布前透湿度に対する塗布後透湿度を、相対透湿度として算出した。
相対透湿度=塗布後透湿度×100/塗布前透湿度
結果を表1に示す。
<シート>
試験例1の実施例1の1%希釈液を用いた場合と同様にして、前記積層シートに界面活性剤を塗布し、シートの透湿度を変更した。なお、本試験例で用いた、樹脂フィルムと不織布とを貼り合わせたシートの大きさは13cm×9.5cmであり、シートの片面(樹脂フィルム側表面)に、界面活性剤を均一に噴霧し、室温で乾燥させた。単位面積あたりの界面活性剤(有効成分)の塗布量、界面活性剤塗布前及び塗布後のシートの透湿度はいずれも、前記試験例1の場合と同じであった。
前述のようにして得たシートと、片面に粘着面のある非通気性シートとを、熱溶着により袋状にし、片面が透湿性を有する収容袋(13cm×9.5cm)を用意した。該収容袋は通気性も備えていた。
鉄粉、活性炭、水、バーミキュライト、吸水性樹脂、食塩を混合して、発熱性組成物を得た。ここで、該発熱性組成物中、鉄粉、活性炭、水、バーミキュライト、吸水性樹脂、食塩の含有量は、それぞれ50質量%、12質量%、30.5質量%、2質量%、3.5質量%、2質量%とした。
前述のようにして得た発熱性組成物中を、前記収容袋に収容して封をした。このようにして、シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤が塗布されている、透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具を製造した。前述の通り、本発熱具においては、シートの少なくとも一部に界面活性剤を塗布することにより、シートの透湿度が制御されている。該発熱具は、その後、すばやく発熱具を使い捨てカイロ用の非通気性の外袋に収納した。

Claims (3)
- 透湿性を有する収容袋内に、酸素と接触することで発熱する発熱性組成物が収容されている発熱具であって、該収容袋を構成する透湿性を有するシートの少なくとも一部に1cm2あたり0.1×10−3mg以上の界面活性剤が塗布されている、発熱具。
- 前記シートが、透湿性を有する樹脂フィルム、不織布及び織布からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の発熱具。
- 前記透湿性を有する樹脂フィルムが、透湿性を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである、請求項2に記載の発熱具。
