Claims (13)
- シーリングシステムであって、
内面を有するボアを画定するハウジングと、
回転軸であって、前記ボアに回転可能に配置され、前記回転軸の外面に配置された環状溝を含み、前記環状溝が、溝底部と一対の側壁とを有する、前記回転軸と、
前記環状溝の軸方向の長さよりも長い軸方向の長さを有する熱可塑性筒状環状体として形成されるシールであって、V字型の断面に曲げられ、前記環状溝に受け入れられて前記シールの対向する端部が前記環状溝の対向する底部の角に配置され、前記V字型の断面の頂部が前記環状溝の半径方向外側に延び、前記ボアの前記内面と係合する、前記シールと
を含む、前記シーリングシステム。 - 前記シールがPTFEから形成される、請求項1に記載のシーリングシステム。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率が2〜6の長方形の断面を有する、請求項2に記載のシーリングシステム。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、少なくとも4.0の軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率を有する長方形の断面を有する、請求項2に記載のシーリングシステム。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率が2〜6の長方形の断面を有する、請求項1に記載のシーリングシステム。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、少なくとも4.0の軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率を有する長方形断面を有する、請求項1に記載のシーリングシステム。
- シーリングシステムを作製する方法であって、
軸の外面に、溝底部と1対の側壁とを有する環状溝を形成すること、
前記環状凹部の軸方向の長さよりも長い軸方向の長さを有する熱可塑性筒状環状体を形成すること、
前記熱可塑性筒状環状体をV字型の断面シールに曲げること、
前記V字型の断面のシールの対向する端部が前記環状溝の対向する底部の角に配置され、前記V字型の断面の頂部が、前記環状溝の半径方向外側に延びた状態で、前記V字型の断面のシールを前記環状溝に挿入すること、及び
前記V字型の断面の前記頂部がボアの内面に係合するよう、ハウジングの前記ボアに前記軸を挿入すること、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記シールがPTFEから形成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率が2〜6の長方形の断面を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、少なくとも4.0の軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率を有する長方形の断面を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率が2〜6の長方形の断面を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体が、少なくとも4.0の軸方向の長さと半径方向の厚さとの比率を有する長方形の断面を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性筒状環状体をV字型の断面のシールに曲げることが、前記熱可塑性の前記筒状環状体をプレス−クランプに挿入することによって実行される、請求項7に記載の方法。
