Abstract
Description
図面を参照しながら実施形態に係る車両警報システム1について説明する。車両警報システム1は、車両に搭載され、当該車両を運転する運転者に危険を報知するものである。ここで、車両には、運転操作装置2と、ナビゲーション装置3と、ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance System:先進運転支援システム)4とが搭載されている。
次に、実施形態の変形例について説明する。運転状況は、車両の加減速操作状況、目的地までの経路を案内する経路案内状況、及び、車両の周辺状況の少なくとも一つを含む例について説明したが、これに限定されず、その他の状況を含んでもよい。

Claims (4)
- 車両を運転する運転者の視線を検出する視線検出部と、
前記視線検出部により検出された前記運転者の視線の固定状態を判定する視線固定判定部と、
前記車両の運転状況を判定する運転状況判定部と、
前記視線固定判定部により判定された前記運転者の視線の固定状態、及び、前記運転状況判定部により判定された前記車両の運転状況に基づいて、注意喚起レベルを判定する注意喚起レベル判定部と、
前記注意喚起レベル判定部により判定された前記注意喚起レベルに基づいて危険を報知する報知部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両警報システム。 - 前記車両の運転状況は、前記車両の加減速操作状況、目的地までの経路を案内する経路案内状況、及び、前記車両の周辺状況の少なくとも一つを含む請求項1に記載の車両警報システム。
- 前記注意喚起レベル判定部は、前記視線固定判定部により前記運転者の視線が固定されていると判定し、且つ、前記運転状況判定部により前記車両の運転状況が危険であると判定した場合には、前記運転者の視線が固定されていない場合及び前記車両の運転状況が危険でない場合と比較して、前記注意喚起レベルを高くする請求項1又は2に記載の車両警報システム。
- 前記車両が走行する走行車線の道路種別には、高速道路と、前記高速道路よりも制限速度が低い一般道路とが含まれ、
前記視線固定判定部は、前記車両の走行車線の道路種別が前記高速道路である場合には、前記車両の走行車線の道路種別が前記一般道路である場合よりも、前記運転者の視線を固定状態と判定する判定基準を厳しくする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両警報システム。
