Claims (9)
- 粉末床の溶融プールの冷却速度を制御する方法であって、
溶融プールを形成するために前記粉末床にレーザビームを向け、
前記溶融プールに隣接する粉末の温度を制御するために、前記レーザビームを前記溶融プールに対して横方向に振動させる、
ことを含む、方法。 - 前記レーザビームを横方向に振動させることが、2つの軸の周りに傾斜可能なリフレクタから第2のレーザビームを反射させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームを前記粉末床に対して走査することを更に含み、前記レーザビームを前記粉末床に対して走査するときに前記レーザビームは前記溶融プールの周りを横方向に振動させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームを走査するときに、前記レーザビームは前記溶融プールから前記溶融プールの後方の点まで横方向に振動させられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームを走査するときに、前記レーザビームは前記溶融プールから前記溶融プールの前方の点まで横方向に振動させられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームを横方向に振動させることは、前記レーザビームを前記溶融プールの周りにパターン状に振動させることを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ミラーを傾斜させるときに、前記レーザビームの出力及び/又は出力密度を調節することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
