- 被処理液を通す流路に設置されるコアレッサであって、
シート状をなす金属メッシュの集合体で構成されるとともに、
前記金属メッシュの面をなす方向が、前記被処理液の流動方向と同じ方向に向けられた
コアレッサ。 - 前記金属メッシュが、経線材と、前記経線材に交差する緯線材を有するものである
請求項1に記載のコアレッサ。 - 前記金属メッシュが積層により集合されて前記集合体が形成された
請求項1または請求項2に記載のコアレッサ。 - 前記金属メッシュが巻回により集合されて前記集合体が形成された
