前記表示モジュールは、ベース基板に複数の列の発光画素を備え、前記発光画素の各々は、第1電極層、ナノ粒子層、及び第2電極層を備え、前記ナノ粒子層は、第1金属のナノ粒子を備え、前記第1金属のナノ粒子の各々は、前記第1電極層から離れた側に突起部を備え、前記第2電極層は、第2金属のナノ粒子を備える
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記第1金属は金である
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1あるいは2に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記第2金属は銀である
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記第1金属のナノ粒子の突起部は、円錐形または円錐台形である
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記発光画素の隣接する2列ごとにより画素ユニットを構成し、前記表示モジュールは隣接する画素ユニットの間にブラックマトリクスをさらに備える
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記発光画素の各列はN行を有し、ただし、Nは1以上の整数である
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項6に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
Nは5以下の整数である
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記視角スイッチモジュールは、複数の視角制御ユニットを備え、前記複数の視角制御ユニットのそれぞれは、列方向に延びる2つの視角制御部を備え、
各前記視角制御部は、前記発光画素の列に対応している
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項8に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
各前記視角制御部は、前記表示モジュールを覆う絶縁層と、第3電極層と、第4電極層と、前記第3電極層と前記第4電極層との間の遮断部とを備え、
隣接する前記遮断部の間に収容室が形成され、前記収容室に黒色の無極性液体が収容される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項9に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記収容室は、前記発光画素の1つの列に対応している
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項9あるいは10に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記黒色の無極性液体は、前記第3電極層と前記第4電極層との間に電界が存在する状態で前記収容室を覆うとともに、前記第3電極層と前記第4電極層との間に電界が存在しない状態で、前記収容室と前記ブラックマトリクスとが重なる領域に集まるように形成される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記ナノ粒子層は、前記第1金属の隣接するナノ粒子を分離する隔壁をさらに備え、前記隔壁は絶縁材料を有する
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項12に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記絶縁材料は二酸化シリコンである
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
各前記発光画素の前記第1電極層は互いに接続されて一体構造を形成するか、または各前記発光画素の前記第2電極層は互いに接続されて一体構造を形成する
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項9に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
前記複数の視角制御部のそれぞれの前記第3電極層は、互いに接続されて一体構造を形成するか、または各前記視角制御部の前記第4電極層が互いに接続されて一体構造を形成する
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項8に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントにおいて、
各前記視角制御部は、第1表示モードにおいて対応する列の発光画素からの光を透過させ、第2表示モードにおいて対応する列の前記発光画素からの、前記第1金属のナノ粒子の突起部のピークから同じ画素ユニットにおける他列の前記発光画素から離れた側への光を遮断するように構成される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイコンポーネント。 - 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイコンポーネントを備える
ことを特徴とする表示装置。
