Claims (13)
- パイプ(10)および連結部材(20)を有するパイプ装置(1)であって、
前記パイプ(10)が、内表面(12)および外表面(13)を備えたパイプ・ジャケット(11)を備え、流路(14)を形成し、
前記連結部材(20)が、第1の材料(M1)で作製され第1の開口(23)を有する連結部分(22)から第2の開口(24)まで延在する貫通路(21)を形成し、
前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)が、第2の材料(M2)で作製された第1のパイプ端部(15)を用いて前記連結部分(22)に収まっている、パイプ装置(1)において、
前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)の前記内表面(12)と前記連結部分(22)の周囲表面(25)との間の接触ゾーンに、前記第1の材料(M1)と前記第2の材料(M2)の間の接合連結部が形成されている、パイプ装置(1)。 - 前記連結部分(22)がストップ部(26)を備え、
該ストップ部(26)の前記第1の材料(M2)が、接合連結部によって前記第1のパイプ端部(15)の前記第2の材料(M2)に連結されている、請求項1に記載のパイプ装置(1)。 - 前記連結部分(22)が周囲カラー部(27)を備え、
前記連結部分(22)における前記周囲カラー部(27)と前記周囲表面(25)との間に、前記第1のパイプ端部(15)がその内部に突出する環状の間隙(28)が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のパイプ装置(1)。 - 前記周囲カラー部(27)の前記第1の材料(M1)が、接合連結部によって前記第1のパイプ端部(15)の前記第2の材料(M2)に連結されている、請求項3に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記第1の材料(M1)と前記第2の材料(M2)の間の前記接合連結部が、前記第1の材料(M1)を溶融および硬化させることによって、かつ/または前記第2の材料(M2)を溶融および硬化させることによって形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記第1の材料(M1)と前記第2の材料(M2)の間の前記接合連結部がスピン溶着によって生じる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)の前記第1のパイプ端部(15)が、前記連結部分(22)の前記周囲表面(25)へと押し進められる前、円筒形の内表面(12)および円筒形の外表面(13)を有していた、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)の前記第1のパイプ端部(15)が、前記連結部分(22)の前記周囲表面(25)へと押し進められる前、コルゲート加工された内表面(12)および/またはコルゲート加工された外表面(13)を有していた、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記コルゲート加工された内表面(12)および/または前記コルゲート加工された外表面(13)が、前記連結部分(22)の前記周囲表面(25)へと押し進められた後、前記第1のパイプ端部(15)において、短縮された頂部間距離(A)および/または谷部間距離(B)を有する、請求項8に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記連結部分(22)の前記周囲表面(25)の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の開口(23)から、また前記第1の開口(23)からの距離が増加するにつれて、最小直径(D1)から最大直径(D2)まで広がる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記最小直径(D1)が前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)の前記内表面(12)の直径(D3)よりも小さく、前記最大直径(D2)が前記パイプ・ジャケット(11)の前記内表面(12)の前記直径(D3)よりも大きい、請求項10に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記連結要素(20)の前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口(23、24)の間の前記貫通路(21)が、直線的であるか、または好ましくは少なくとも10度、好ましくは180度以下の方向転換を行う、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
- 前記連結部材(20)が、前記第2の開口(24)の領域に、連結対象を噛み合わせて取り付けるための連結要素(32)を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ装置(1)。
