Abstract
Description
− 第1の支持層と第1のバリア層とを有する第1のハーフシェルを射出成形するステップと、
− 第2の支持層と第2のバリア層とを有する第2のハーフシェルを射出成形するステップと、
− ハーフシェルが液体を収容するための保管容積を画定するようにハーフシェルを接合するステップであって、第1のバリア層が第1の支持層のうち保管容積に面する側面に配置され、第2のバリア層が第2の支持層のうち保管容積に面する側面に配置される、ステップと、
を含む。
− 接続領域におけるハーフシェルの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー透過性材料から作られること、
− 接続領域におけるハーフシェルは、一体的に結合され、接続領域における第1のバリア層は、第2のバリア層に一体的に接合されること、
− 接続領域における第1の支持層および第2の支持層は、第1の支持層と第2の支持層との間に接触を伴わず、互いから離間されており、支持層は、両側においてバリア層に接すること、
が提供されてもよい。
− ハーフシェルは、
− ホットプレートを使用して、支持層のウェブ上に形成された少なくとも1つの突起を加熱して可塑化するステップと、
− 突起の可塑化材料がバリア層間でプレスされるように、ハーフシェルをともにプレスするステップと、
を用いて、ホットプレート溶接によって接合されることが提供されてもよい。

Claims (15)
- 自動車のための液体容器であって、
− 第1のハーフシェル(4)と、
− 第2のハーフシェル(6)と、
を有し、
− 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、液体(10)を収容するための保管容積(8)の画定しており、
− 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)は、第1の支持層(12)と、第1のバリア層(14、62)と、を有しており、
− 前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、第2の支持層(16)と、第2のバリア層(18、64)と、を有しており、
− 前記第1のバリア層(14、62)は、前記第1の支持層(12)のうち前記保管容積(8)に面する側面(20)に配置されており、
− 前記第2のバリア層(18、64)は、前記第2の支持層(16)のうち前記保管容積(8)に面する側面に配置されていることを特徴とする液体容器。 - − 接続領域(24)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、一体的に結合されており、前記接続領域における前記第1のバリア層(14、62)は、前記第2のバリア層(18、64)に一体的に接合され、
− 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)は、前記第1の支持層(12)と前記第2の支持層(16)との間に直接の接触を伴わず、互いから離間されており、かつ前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)は、両側において前記第1のバリア層(14、62)および前記第2のバリア層(18、64)に接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体容器。 - − 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー透過性材料から作られており、一体的な接着は、レーザー透過溶接によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体容器。
- − 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1の支持層(12)は、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー透過性材料から作られているか、または、
− 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第1のバリア層(14、62)は、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー透過性材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液体容器。 - − 接続領域(44)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、一体的に結合され、前記接続領域(44)における前記第1の支持層(12)は、前記第2の支持層(16)に一体的に接合されており、
− 前記接続領域(44)における前記第1のバリア層(14、62)および前記第2のバリア層(18、64)は、前記第1のバリア層(14、62)と前記第2のバリア層(18、64)との間に直接の接触を伴わず、互いから離間されており、
− 前記第1の支持層(12)の材料のおよび/または前記第2の支持層(16)の材料の固化した溶融物(46)は、前記第1のバリア層(14、62)と前記第2のバリア層(18、64)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体容器。 - − 前記接続領域における前記第1のバリア層(14、62)および前記第2のバリア層(18、64)は、前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)によって完全に取り囲まれており、かつ前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)によって周囲環境(U)から隔離されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体容器。
- − 透過経路(48)が、離間された前記第1のバリア層と前記第2のバリア層との間において前記接続領域(44)に形成されており、
− 断面で見ると、前記透過経路の長さ(l)は、前記透過経路の幅(b)の2倍以上であり、
− 前記透過経路の前記幅(b)は、前記接続領域(44)における前記第1のバリア層(14、62)と前記第2のバリア層(18、64)との間の距離に対応することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の液体容器。 - − 前記接続領域(24、44)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の少なくとも1つは、ウェブ(28、30)を有しており、
− 一体的な接着は、前記ウェブ(28、30)に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - − 前記第1のバリア層(14)および前記第2のバリア層(18)の少なくとも1つは、射出成形プロセスにおいて、関連付けられた前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)に一体的に接合された単層フィルム(14、18)であり、かつ/または、
− 前記第1のバリア層(14)および前記第2のバリア層(18)の少なくとも1つは、射出成形プロセスにおいて、関連付けられた前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)に一体的に接合された多層フィルム(62、64)であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。 - − 成形要素、接続部品、または機能ユニットを取り付けるために使用されるプラスチック(34、40)が、前記第1のバリア層(14、62)および前記第2のバリア層(18、64)の少なくとも1つのうち前記保管容積(8)に面する側面(32、38)上に局所的に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の液体容器。
- 液体容器を製造するための方法であって、
− 第1のハーフシェル(4)を射出成形するステップであって、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)は、第1の支持層(12)と第1のバリア層(14、62)とを有する、ステップと、
− 第2のハーフシェル(6)を射出成形するステップであって、前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、第2の支持層(16)と第2のバリア層(18、64)とを有する、ステップと、
− 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)が、液体(10)を収容するための保管容積(8)を画定するように、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)を接合するステップであって、前記第1のバリア層(14、62)は、前記第1の支持層(12)のうち前記保管容積に面する側面(20)に配置されており、かつ前記第2のバリア層(18、64)は、前記第2の支持層(16)のうち前記保管容積(8)に面する側面(22)に配置される、ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - − 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、レーザー透過溶接によって前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)を溶接することによって、接合されており、
− 接続領域(24)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも部分的に、レーザー透過性材料から作られており、
− 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、一体的に結合され、前記接続領域(24)における前記第1のバリア層(14、62)は、前記第2のバリア層(18、64)に一体的に接合され、
− 前記接続領域(24)における前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)は、前記第1の支持層(12)と前記第2の支持層(16)との間に接触を伴わず、互いから離間されており、かつ前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)は、両側において前記第1のバリア層(14、62)および前記第2のバリア層(18、64)に接することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - − 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)は、
− ホットプレート(50)を使用して、前記第1の支持層(12)および前記第2の支持層(16)のウェブ(28、30)に形成された少なくとも1つの突起(52、54、68、70)を加熱しかつ可塑化するステップと、
− 前記突起(52、54、68、70)の可塑化材料が前記第1のバリア層(14、62)と前記第2のバリア層(18、64)との間でプレスされるように、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)をともにプレスするステップと、
によって、ホットプレート溶接によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - − 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)をともにプレスする間、シーリング要素(56)が、前記ウェブ(28、30)の端面側面(58)に接して置かれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- − 前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の各々は、少なくとも1つの突起(52、54、68、70)を備える円周ウェブ(28、30)を有しており、2つの前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)の互いに面する前記突起(52、54、68、70)は、前記第1のハーフシェル(4)および前記第2のハーフシェル(6)が前記ホットプレート(50)を用いてともにプレスされる前に、可塑化されることを特徴とする請求項13または請求項14に記載の方法。
