Abstract
Description

R1 nSiR2 (4−n)
接着剤組成物の貯蔵安定性は、ゲル(Gel)化が発生せずに維持される時間を確認して評価した。接着剤組成物にゲル化が発生したか否かは、実施例または比較例の接着剤組成物を常温で放置し、毎日同じ時間に粘度を評価して、水系組成物の流れ性がなくなる時点をゲル化が発生したものと評価した。
その結果を、下記表1にまとめた。
高温耐水性の評価では、60℃の恒温槽に接着剤組成物をコーティングしたフィルムを入れ、コーティングされた接着剤組成物が溶解する時点を評価し、前記溶解が観察されない場合を下記表1でPで表示した。また、常温耐水性は、常温の恒温槽で同一に評価した。
バインダーとしては、アセトアセチル基変性ポリビニルアルコール樹脂(Z−200、日本合成化学Gohsefimer社)を使用し、前記樹脂に架橋剤として、メチロールメラミン(下記化学式2でR’がいずれもヒドロキシメチル基である化合物)と、シラン化合物として、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、そして化学式1の化合物を配合して接着剤組成物を製造した。前記で化学式1の化合物では、下記化学式1でRがトリフルオロメチル基である化合物を使用した。

化学式1の化合物として、前記化学式1でRがメチル基である化合物を使用し、バインダー、架橋剤、シラン化合物および化学式1の化合物を溶媒である脱イオン水内で100:15:10:2の重量比(バインダー:架橋剤:シラン化合物:化学式1の化合物)で配合して接着剤組成物を製造した。
化学式1の化合物として、前記化学式1でRがメチル基である化合物を使用し、バインダー、架橋剤、シラン化合物および化学式1の化合物を溶媒である脱イオン水内で100:15:10:10の重量比(バインダー:架橋剤:シラン化合物:化学式1の化合物)で配合して接着剤組成物を製造した。
バインダー(Z−200、日本合成化学Gohsefimer社)のみを溶媒である脱イオン水に分散させて接着剤組成物を製造した。
実施例1のバインダーおよび架橋剤のみを溶媒である脱イオン水に100:15の重量比(バインダー:架橋剤)で分散させて接着剤組成物を製造した。
実施例1のバインダー、架橋剤およびシラン化合物のみを溶媒である脱イオン水に100:15:10の重量比(バインダー:架橋剤:シラン化合物)で分散させて接着剤組成物を製造した。
実施例1のバインダー、架橋剤、シラン化合物および酢酸を溶媒である脱イオン水に100:15:10:10の重量比(バインダー:架橋剤:シラン化合物:酢酸)で分散させて接着剤組成物を製造した。

- シラン化合物は、下記化学式3で表される、請求項10に記載の接着剤組成物:

化学式3でR1は、グリシドキシアルキル基、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシアルキル基またはアミノアルキル基であり、R2は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、アルキル基またはアルコキシ基であり、nは、1〜4の範囲内の数であり、R1およびR2がそれぞれ複数である場合、それぞれは、同じかまたは異なる。 - シラン化合物は、バインダー100重量部に対して1〜100重量部の比率で含まれる、請求項10または11に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 第1および第2光学フィルムと、前記第1および第2光学フィルムを互いに接着させている請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物の接着剤層とを含む光学積層体。
- 第1および第2光学フィルムのうちいずれか一方は、偏光子であり、他方は、保護フィルムである、請求項13に記載の光学積層体。
- 請求項13または14に記載の光学積層体を含むディスプレイ装置。
