Claims (8)
- 付加製造装置であって、
ビルドトレイのそれぞれの領域を独立して加熱または冷却するように構成された熱交換要素のアレイを備えたビルドトレイと、
前記ビルドトレイに上下する可動プラテンと、
前記プラテンが前記ビルドトレイから移動すると、前記ビルドトレイによって代替的に液化および固化され、多層部品の各層が作成される熱可塑性材料の薄い層とからなる、装置。 - 前記装置は、重力の有無にかかわらず、任意の方向で動作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第2の液化熱硬化性化合物を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換要素は、ペルチェ加熱/冷却接合部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、層間に熱可塑性樹脂で前記ビルトトレイを補充するためのリコータをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プラテンは、加熱または冷却されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記ビルトトレイおよびプラテンを囲む温度制御された筐体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱可塑性物品の製造方法であって、
a)それぞれがビルドトレイのそれぞれの領域を独立して加熱または冷却するように構成された熱交換要素のアレイを含むかまたは接触する基部を有するビルドトレイ内の液体熱可塑性材料の層を加熱するステップと、
b)前記液体熱可塑性材料の表面に冷却されたプラテンを配置し、加熱/冷却要素マトリックスと前記プラテンの両方の間に液体界面を作成するステップと、
c)熱交換要素の前記アレイに、物品が形成される場所に対応する前記ビルドトレイの領域を冷却させ、前記液体熱可塑性材料を選択領域で冷却および固化させて、物品の第1の層を作成するステップと、
d)熱交換要素の前記アレイに、前記プラテンが上昇したときに前記ビルドトレイから解放できるように十分な冷却固化熱可塑性材料の薄層を液化させるステップと、
e)前記ビルドトレイに液体熱可塑性樹脂の新しい層を補充するステップと、
f)前記プラテンを物品の第1の層と一緒に下げて、物品の第1の層の底部が液体熱可塑性樹脂の新しい層と接触するようにするステップと、を含み、
完全な物品が形成されるまで、ステップa)からf)を繰り返す、方法。
