Claims (15)
- 液体(6)から、前記液体(6)の複数の副噴射(4)から成る噴射を成形する為の噴射成形器において、
前記噴射成形器(1)は、噴霧形成器(2)および噴霧分配器(3)を備え、前記噴霧形成器(2)は、周囲条件下で噴霧円錐(5)の形状で、前記液体(6)の噴霧を発生させるように配置され、前記噴霧分配器(3)は、前記液体(6)の前記噴霧から、前記液体(6)の前記噴射を成形するように配置され、前記液体(6)の前記噴射は、相互に重ならない前記液体(6)の副次的噴射(4)から成る、噴射成形器であって、
前記噴霧形成器(2)は、噴霧形成器出口(11)および飛行チャンバ(10)を備え、前記噴霧形成器出口(11)は、発生される前記噴霧の為の流出点として配置され、前記飛行チャンバ(10)は、前記噴霧の液滴が、前記噴霧形成器出口(11)から前記噴霧分配器(3)に向かって本質的に直線で飛行経路を辿れるように配置される、噴射成形器。 - 前記噴霧形成器(2)は、前記液体(6)が前記噴霧形成器(2)の一つの旋回軸を中心に前記液体(6)の回転運動を誘発するように少なくとも一つの誘導要素(14a)を備え、前記回転運動は、前記噴霧円錐(5)の円錐軸(20)が前記噴霧形成器(2)の前記旋回軸(21)に対して平行である噴霧を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記液体(6)の副次的噴射(4)の数nは、前記液体(6)の為の誘導要素(14a)の数mに等しい又はその整数倍(即ち、n=x*m、xは1以上の整数)であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記液体(6)の為の前記誘導要素(14a)は、液体通路(18)を備え、前記液体経路(18)を通過する前記液体(6)の前記回転運動を誘発し、前記液体通路(18)は、前記噴霧形成器(2)内で、円周方向に囲まれた開口の形で配置され、前記開口は、前記旋回軸(21)に沿った構成要素および前記旋回軸(21)周りの構成要素と共に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴霧形成器(2)の前記旋回軸(21)は、前記噴霧円錐(5)の前記円錐軸(20)と一致することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴霧形成器(2)の前記旋回軸(21)上の正射影において、前記少なくとも一つの誘導要素(14a)の最も遠い点は、前記噴霧形成器出口(11)から最大で5mm離れていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴霧形成器出口(11)の直径は、0.3mmで始まり、5mmで終わる範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 副次的噴射(4)の数は、2個の副次的噴射(4)から始まり、20個の副次的噴射(4)で終わる範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 副次的噴射(4)は、副次的ダクト流出口(13)で前記噴霧分配器(3)を出て、前記副次的ダクト流出口(13)は、すべて、前記噴霧分配器(3)における1つのみの直線または1つのみの実質的に丸い線のみに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴霧形成器(2)は、空気入口(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴射成形器(1)は、前記噴射成形器(1)を通る前記液体(6)の液体の流れが2リットル/分以下になるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴射成形器(1)は、液滴サイズ制限器(16)を備え、前記液滴サイズ制限器(16)は、前記噴霧形成器(2)の下流に位置し、前記液滴サイズ制限器(16)は、逆流の無い前記噴霧液滴の通過を可能にするように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴射成形器(1)は、前記噴射成形器(1)に入る前記液体(6)の液体入射方向(22)が副次的噴射流出方向(23)に対して実質的に平行になるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 前記噴射成形器(1)は、設備に装着され、前記噴射成形器(1)から出る前記副次的噴射が本質的に重力方向(g)に沿って、空気を通る軌道を辿るように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の噴射成形器(1)。
- 液体(6)から前記液体(6)の噴射を成形する為の方法において、
a)前記液体(6)から前記液体(6)の噴霧円錐を発生させるステップであって、前記噴霧円錐の内側の前記液体の液滴は、前記噴霧円錐内の本質的に直線の飛行経路を辿る、前記ステップと、
b)前記噴霧円錐の端部で、前記液体(6)の前記噴霧円錐から前記液体(6)の前記噴射を成形するステップであって、前記液体の前記噴射は、相互に重ならない複数の前記液体(6)の副次的噴射(4)から成る、前記ステップと、
を含む、方法。
