- 順次積層された第1の炭素繊維層と、ポリウレタン層と、第2の炭素繊維層と、を含み、
両端が開放されたシールドチャネルが構成され、
第2の炭素繊維層がシールドチャネルの外層であり、第1の炭素繊維層と第2の炭素繊維層とが炭素繊維材料からなり、ポリウレタン層がポリウレタン材料からなる
セキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記第1の炭素繊維層において前記ポリウレタン層から離れる側に積層されて設けられた第3の炭素繊維層をさらに含む
請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記第3の炭素繊維層の数が1層または複数層である
請求項2に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記第3の炭素繊維層の数が複数層であり、前記第1の炭素繊維層において前記ポリウレタン層から離れる側に連続的に積層されて設けられる
請求項2に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記第3の炭素繊維層において前記第1の炭素繊維層から離れる側に積層されて設けられたアラミド繊維層をさらに含む
請求項3に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記アラミド繊維層において前記第3の炭素繊維層から離れる側に積層されて設けられたゲルコート層をさらに含む
請求項5に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記第1の炭素繊維層、前記第2の炭素繊維層及び前記第3の炭素繊維層の各層の厚みは0.2〜0.4mmであり、前記ポリウレタン層の厚みは3〜6mmであり、前記アラミド繊維層の厚みは0.3〜0.5mmである
請求項5に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記シールドチャネルが3分割構造を有し、前記3分割構造の3つの接続箇所が前記シールドチャネルの2つの側壁及び底部にそれぞれに位置する
請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - 前記シールドチャネルが2分割構造を有し、前記2分割構造の2つの接続箇所が前記シールドチャネルの頂部及び底部にそれぞれに位置する
請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - シールドチャネルがシールド本体と段差部を含み、
前記段差部が前記シールド本体の両端において前記シールド本体の外面と内面との間の部分に接続され、かつ軸線に沿って延在し、
段差部の厚みがシールド本体の厚みよりも小さい
請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - シールドチャネルがシールド本体と段差部を含み、
前記段差部が前記シールド本体の前記ポリウレタン層の両側の繊維層から延在して圧着によって形成される
請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのシールド構造。 - セキュリティ検査デバイスのセキュリティ検査チャネルであって、
チャネル構造と請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシールド構造とを含み、
チャネル構造は、貫通するセキュリティ検査チャネルを形成するように、シールドチャネルの両端にそれぞれ接続され、シールドチャネルの両端に連通される
セキュリティ検査デバイスのセキュリティ検査チャネル。 - シールドチャネルがシールド本体と段差部を含み、
前記段差部が前記シールド本体両端において前記シールド本体の外面と内面との間の部分に接続され、かつ軸線に沿って延在し、前記段差部の厚みが前記シールド本体の厚みよりも小さく、
前記セキュリティ検査チャネルが押え板と受け板をさらに含み、
前記押え板が、前記段差部の外面に圧設され、前記シールド本体及び前記チャネル構造に近接され、前記押え板の外面が前記シールド本体の外面及び前記チャネル構造の外面と面一になり、前記受け板が前記段差部の内面及び前記チャネル構造の内面に設けられ、前記段差部及び前記チャネル構造の内面と面一になる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセキュリティ検査デバイスのセキュリティ検査チャネル。 - 前記段差部は、前記シールド本体の両端の外周に沿って連続的に形成される
