Claims (23)
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられ、かつ用量設定中および用量送達中に回転軸の周りで前記装置本体に対して回転可能である、用量設定部材と、
前記用量設定部材に取り付けられ、かつ前記用量設定部材と回転可能に固定された、被検知素子であって、前記用量設定部材の前記回転軸の周りに半径方向に離間した交互の第1および第2の表面特徴部を含んでいる、被検知素子と、
前記装置本体に取り付けられたアクチュエータであって、前記アクチュエータが、用量設定中の第1の動作モードにおいて前記用量設定部材と軸方向に、かつ回転可能に固定されており、前記アクチュエータが、用量送達中の第2の動作モードにおいて前記装置本体に対して回転不能であり、前記被検知素子および前記用量設定部材が、送達される投与量に関して、用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに対して回転する、アクチュエータと、
用量送達中に前記アクチュエータに取り付けられた、回転センサであって、前記回転センサが、用量送達中に検知方向に検知光を放出する光源を含んでおり、前記回転センサが、用量送達中に前記検知方向に放出された前記検知光を受信するように位置付けられた、光センサをさらに含んでいる、回転センサと、
前記第1および第2の表面特徴部を前記検知光の経路に位置決めする、用量送達中の前記被検知素子の回転であって、前記第1の表面特徴部が、前記光センサによって検出される前記検出光をもたらし、前記第2の表面特徴部が、前記光センサによって検出されない前記検出光をもたらし、前記回転センサが、前記検知光の前記検出または非検出に応答して、用量送達中の前記アクチュエータに対する前記用量設定部材の回転を検出する、回転と、
前記回転センサに応答して、用量送達中の前記アクチュエータに対する前記用量設定部材の前記検出された回転に基づいて前記用量送達の量を決定する、電子アセンブリと、を含む、薬物送達装置。 - 前記表面特徴部が、反射性表面および非反射性表面を含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記表面特徴部が、前記検知素子の交互の開口部分および閉鎖部分を含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記表面特徴部が、交互の突起部および凹部を含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記突起部が、軸方向に延在している、請求項4に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 光反射表面をさらに含んでおり、前記光センサが、前記光源によって放出され、かつ前記光反射表面によって反射される光を受信するように位置付けられている、請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記突起部が、前記用量設定部材から近位に延在している、請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量設定部材が、スカートである、請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記突起部が、半径方向に延在している、請求項4に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記光センサが、前記光源によって放出された光を直接的に受信するように位置付けられている、請求項9に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記突起部が、半径方向外向きに延在している、請求項9に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量設定部材が、用量ダイヤルである、請求項9に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記装置本体に取り外し可能に取り付けられたモジュールを含んでおり、前記モジュールが、前記回転センサおよび前記電子アセンブリを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記アクチュエータに直接的に取り付けられている、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、用量設定中または用量送達中に前記用量設定部材に直接的に取り付けられていない、請求項14に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードまで軸方向に遠位に移動し、前記モジュールは、前記モジュールが前記第2の動作モードにあるときに、前記用量設定部材と接触することに応じて作動する、ウェイクアップスイッチを含む、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記用量設定部材に直接的に取り付けられた連結構成要素を含んでおり、前記モジュールが、前記第2の動作モードで前記アクチュエータに軸方向に、かつ回転可能に固定される、投与構成要素をさらに含んでいる、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記投与構成要素が、用量設定中に前記アクチュエータに直接的に取り付けられていない、請求項16に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記投与構成要素が、用量設定中に、前記連結構成要素と回転可能に係止される、請求項16に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードまで軸方向に遠位に移動する、請求項19に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールの前記第1の動作モードから前記第2の動作モードまでの移動が、前記投与構成要素と前記連結構成要素との前記回転可能な固定を解除する、請求項19に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量設定部材が、前記用量設定部材を前記装置本体に対して回転させる際に使用するための露出した円周面を含んでおり、前記投与構成要素が、内壁および外壁を含んでおり、前記連結構成要素が、前記内壁と前記外壁との間に受容された連結壁を含んでおり、前記連結構成要素が、前記内壁を越えて遠位に延在し、かつ前記用量設定部材の前記露出した円周面に取り付けられた連結部分を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 薬物を含む、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達装置。
