Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 照明器具内で使用するための照明モジュールであって、
熱エネルギーを放散させるためのヒートシンクを備え、前記ヒートシンクは断面が多角形であり、前記ヒートシンクの多角形形状に対応する複数の表面を形成し、各表面は長手方向に延在しており、前記長手方向は前記断面の平面に対して実質的に垂直に延在しており、各表面は前記長手方向に延在する中心線を有しており、
前記表面のうちの少なくとも3つの表面の各々の上に少なくとも2つのLEDが位置しており、
前記少なくとも3つの表面のうちの第1の表面上の前記LEDの全てが前記中心線の一方の側に配置されるか、又は、前記LEDのうちの少なくとも1つが前記第1の表面の前記中心線に沿って配置され、かつ前記LEDの残りが前記中心線の一方の側に配置され、それにより、前記第1の表面の累積発光領域が画定されており、前記累積発光領域は、前記第1の表面の前記中心線に対して非対称に分散されている、照明モジュール。 - 前記第1の表面上の前記少なくとも2つのLEDのうちの少なくともいくつかは、前記長手方向に延在する列に配置されている、請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記列内のLEDは、前記列内で隣接するLEDとの間の距離を増加させるように、1つおきに変位されている、請求項2に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記列は、前記第1の表面の縁部に近接して、好ましくは前記第1の表面の前記縁部の隣に配置され、及び/又は
前記第1の表面の前記中心線上にはLEDが置かれていない、請求項2又は3に記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記第1の表面は反射領域を備える、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記照明モジュールは、前記中心線に沿って配置された前記少なくとも1つのLEDへの電流を、前記第1の表面の前記他のLEDとは独立して変化させることができるLEDドライバを更に備える、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、断面で見て細長い多角形形状を有し、前記第1の表面は、他の表面の少なくともいくつかよりも大きい断面幅を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも3つの表面のうちの複数、好ましくは全てが、前記第1の表面と同様に構成されている、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記表面のうちの前記少なくとも3つの表面の各々の上に位置する前記少なくとも2つのLEDは、前記断面が離散的に回転対称であるように、前記表面に分散されている、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記照明モジュールが前記照明器具内に設置される場合に、前記照明器具に対する前記照明モジュールの向きを検知するように適合されたセンサを更に備える、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクが前記照明モジュールの口金に対して回転することを可能にする回転メカニズムを更に備える、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記回転メカニズムは、前記照明モジュールが前記照明器具内に設置される場合に、前記第1の表面を前記照明器具に対して所定の方向に自動的に向けるように適合されている、請求項11に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクは、4つの表面を構成するように、断面で見て四辺形であり、各表面はLEDの少なくとも1つの列を備え、各列内に少なくとも2つのLEDを有し、前記第1の表面の前記LEDの少なくとも1つの列は、前記第1の表面の前記中心線から変位され、その結果、前記累積発光領域が、前記第1の表面の前記中心線に対して非対称に分散されている、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュールと、前記照明モジュールから放出された光を反射するための反射器表面と、を備える照明器具又は照明設備であって、前記第1の表面が、前記反射器表面の中心若しくは中心線に面するか、又は、主照明方向若しくは光出射窓とは反対の方向に面するか、又は、重力の方向とは反対方向に面するように、前記照明モジュールが前記照明器具又は照明設備内に収められている、照明器具又は照明設備。
- 前記ガス放電ランプから放出された光を反射するための反射器表面を備える照明器具内で、高圧ナトリウム(HPS)ランプなどのガス放電ランプを置き換えるための方法であって、前記ガス放電ランプを取り外すステップと、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の照明モジュールを用意するステップと、前記第1の表面が実質的に前記反射器表面の中心若しくは中心線に実質的に面するか、又は、主照明方向若しくは光出射窓とは反対の方向に面するか、又は、重力の方向とは反対方向に面するように、前記照明モジュールを装着するステップと、を含む、方法。
