Claims (10)
- 高圧下にある水素の粒子負荷を決定するための試験装置であって、水素が流入若しくは流出するための入口(4)及び出口(8)と試料室(52)とを有するハウジング(2)を備えており、前記試料室(52)には試験フィルタ(58)用のフィルタ受容部(44)が設けられていて、前記試験フィルタ(58)は試験過程では試料量の水素が貫流でき、試験過程終了後には粒子の沈殿を評価するために前記試料室(52)から取り出すことができるようになっており、さらに前記試料室(52)の除圧を可能にする排気装置(64、70)を備えている試験装置において、
前記排気装置(64、70)は、前記ハウジング(2)内に配置されていて、水素の流出が終了した後にまだ前記試験装置内に残っている水素を、少なくとも部分的に前記試験装置から前記入口(4)の方向に排出することを特徴とする試験装置。 - 前記排気装置は2つのバルブ(62、70)を有しており、前記2つのバルブ(62、70)の内の第1のバルブ(62)は第2のバルブ(70)が閉じた状態で前記入口(4)から前記試験フィルタ(58)を通って前記出口(8)に至る流路を解放し、前記出口(8)での流出が終了した後で前記試験装置内に残っている水素の圧力下で前記第2のバルブ(70)は設定可能な閾値で開いて、第1のバルブ(62)が閉じた状態で前記入口(4)の方向に排気を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の試験装置。
- 前記2つのバルブ(62、70)はばね付勢された逆止弁(62,70)から形成されており、前記2つのバルブ(62、70)の内の第1のバルブ(62)はその閉鎖位置から出発して前記出口(8)の方向に開き、第2のバルブ(70)は反対に前記入口(4)の方向に開くことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の試験装置。
- 前記第2のバルブ(70)は前記第1のバルブ(62)に対するバイパスとして接続ライン(64)内に配置されており、前記接続ライン(64)はその一方の端部で前記試験フィルタ(58)と前記出口(8)の間の接続点(66)に開口し、他方の端部で流路の前記入口(4)と第1のバルブ(62)の間の接続点(68)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 前記入口(4)は、特に自動車タンクステーション(6)の水素貯蔵タンクに流体連通するように接続可能であり、前記出口(8)は車両(10)に水素を補給するための燃料ノズルにホースラインを介して接続可能であり、排気装置(64、70)による排気は、燃料の補給若しくは取り出し作業の後でタンクステーション(6)の排気システムによって自動的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 前記ハウジング(2)は複数部分、特に2部分から構成されており、前記2つのハウジング部分(20、22)は再び取外し可能なユニオンナット(32)によって互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 前記2つのバルブは内蔵逆止弁(62、70)の形で前記入口(4)を有する方のハウジング部分(20)に受容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 前記試験フィルタ(58)は前記2つのハウジング部分(20、22)の間でフィルタ受容部(44)を備えた前記試料室(52)内に固持されており、前記試料室(52)は前記試験フィルタの両自由前面に円錐形の拡張部(48、50)を有しており、前記拡張部(48、50)は互いに反対方向に前記試験フィルタ(58)から離れて先細になり、前記入口(4)と前記出口(8)の間の流路に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 前記接続ライン(64)内で前記2つのハウジング部分(20、22)の間に配置されて、かつ前記ハウジング部分(20、22)に突入係合して接続管(80)が存在しており、前記接続管(80)は少なくとも1つのシール要素(82)によって密封された状態で前記2つのハウジング部分(20、22)のそれぞれの中で案内されていて、前記2つのハウジング部分(20、22)の間の分離点を貫通していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
- 挿入されたバルブ(62、70)とそれらのシール要素を含む前記試験装置の構成部材がステンレス鋼材で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の試験装置。
