Description
Claims (15)
- ハンドルに取り付けられたフレキシブル伸長機器部と、
前記ハンドル内に完全に含まれる複数の導電性形状記憶素子と、
を含み、
前記フレキシブル伸長機器部は、前記フレキシブル伸長機器部の遠位端における操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部、及び、前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部に取り付けられ、前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部を操縦するための複数のプルワイヤを含み、
各導電性形状記憶素子は、前記複数のプルワイヤの1つと、前記導電性形状記憶素子に電流を提供する電流源接続部との間に結合され、長さ方向に延在し、各導電性形状記憶素子は、前記長さ方向において負の膨張係数を有する、侵襲的医療機器。 - 前記ハンドル内に、前記複数の導電性形状記憶素子を冷却する冷却装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 前記冷却装置は、複数のチャネルを含むヒートシンク装置を含み、各導電性形状記憶素子は、前記複数のチャネルの1つの中を少なくとも部分的に延在する、請求項2に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 前記ヒートシンク装置は、少なくとも1つの金属又は金属合金ヒートシンクを含み、各チャネルは、電気絶縁材料で裏打ちされている、請求項3に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 前記冷却装置は、前記複数の導電性形状記憶素子と熱接触する冷却流体流を生成する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 各導電性形状記憶素子は、形状記憶合金を含むワイヤである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 各導電性形状記憶素子は、前記導電性形状記憶素子及びプルワイヤをそれぞれ固定部材内に固定するための1対のねじを含む前記固定部材を介して前記プルワイヤに取り付けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 各プルワイヤは、前記フレキシブル伸長機器部の少なくとも一部の中に延在する管腔内に収容される、請求項1から7のいずれかに一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 前記侵襲的医療機器は、カテーテル又はガイドワイヤであり、任意選択的に、前記フレキシブル伸長機器部は、前記ハンドルから取り外し可能である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器と、
制御ユニットと、
を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、マイクロコントローラに結合されるユーザインターフェース、及び、前記侵襲的医療機器の前記電流源接続部の1つに接続するための少なくとも1つの電流源を含み、
前記マイクロコントローラは、前記ユーザインターフェースを用いて提供されるユーザ入力に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの電流源による前記電流源接続部への電流の供給を制御する、侵襲的医療機器装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電流源は、前記電流源接続部の異なる1つにそれぞれ接続される複数の電流源を含む、請求項10に記載の侵襲的医療機器装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記侵襲的医療機器の前記ハンドルに組み込まれる、請求項10又は11に記載の侵襲的医療機器装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電流源に結合される電池を更に含む、請求項12に記載の侵襲的医療機器装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは更に、前記マイクロコントローラに結合される通信モジュールを含み、前記マイクロコントローラは更に、前記通信モジュールを介して撮像システムから受信した前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部を操縦するための操縦信号に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの電流源による前記電流源接続部への電流の供給を制御する、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の侵襲的医療機器装置。
- 請求項14に記載の侵襲的医療機器装置と協働する撮像システムであって、
前記侵襲的医療機器の少なくとも前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部を含む患者の身体の一部の画像を生成するために、電磁放射線発生器及び電磁放射線コレクタを含む画像生成器と、
前記電磁放射線コレクタに結合され、
前記患者の身体の一部内の前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部の実際の向きを決定するように前記画像を処理し、
前記実際の向きと前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部の所望の向きとの差を決定し、
前記差に基づいて前記操縦可能なフレキシブル先端部用の操縦信号を生成し、
前記侵襲的医療機器装置の前記通信モジュールに前記操縦信号を提供する画像プロセッサと、
を含む、撮像システム。
