Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- i.2つ以上のエポキシ樹脂を有するエポキシ樹脂成分であって、前記2つ以上の樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つが、アルキレンジアニリンのテトラグリシジルエーテルであり、前記2つ以上の樹脂のうちのもう一方が、(a)ビスフェノールA若しくはビスフェノールFのジグリシジルエーテル、(b)1分子あたり平均2〜4個の範囲のグリシジル基を有するノボラック樹脂、(c)直鎖脂肪族ジオールのジグリシジルエーテル、又は、(d)成分(b)の量がエポキシ樹脂成分の50重量%未満であることを条件とした、(a)〜(c)の2つ以上の組み合わせ、から選択される、エポキシ樹脂成分と、
ii.2つ以上のアミン基を有する脂環式化合物である硬化剤成分と、
を含む硬化性樹脂系。 - 前記組成物が触媒をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記触媒が、イミダゾール又はイミダゾリン環構造を有する化合物の少なくとも1つを含み、前記触媒が硬化剤成分の一部である、請求項2に記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂成分が、エポキシ樹脂成分の総重量に基づいて20〜95重量%の量のアルキレンジアニリンのテトラグリシジルエーテルを含有する、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記触媒が、硬化剤と触媒の合計重量に基づいて0.1〜20重量%の量で存在する、請求項2〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂成分が、エポキシ樹脂成分の総重量に基づいて、アルキレンジアニリンのテトラグリシジルエーテル20〜70重量%、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル5〜60重量%、又は、1分子あたり3〜4個の範囲のグリシジル基の平均含有量を有するノボラック樹脂5〜50重量%を含有する、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂成分が、アルキレンジアニリンのテトラグリシジルエーテル80〜95重量%、および直鎖脂肪族ジオールのジグリシジルエーテル5〜20重量%を含有する、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記直鎖脂肪族ジオールのジグリシジルエーテルが、n−プロパンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、n−ブタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、n−ペンタンジオールジグリシジルエーテル、又はn−ヘキサンジオールジグリシジルエーテルである、請求項1〜請求項5又は請求項7のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記アルキレンジアニリンのテトラグリシジルエーテルが、ジアミノジフェニルメタンのテトラグリシジルエーテルである、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記硬化剤成分が、1,2−ジアミノシクロヘキサンである、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 成分がエポキシ混合機を介して135℃の金型温度で計測されるとき、90秒未満のゲル化時間を有する、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂混合物が、80℃で800mPa−s未満の粘度を示す、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記組成物が、1つ以上の耐衝撃性改良剤、内部離型剤、顔料、又は酸化防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 前記(a)が、ビスフェノールAである、請求項1〜請求項13のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系。
- 請求項1〜請求項14のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂系と繊維組成物とを含む繊維強化複合材であって、前記繊維組成物が、連続繊維材料、不織繊維材料、マット若しくは2つ以上のマットのスタック、又は連続繊維と不連続繊維の両方を含む材料であり、前記繊維組成物が、カーボンファイバー、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アクリロニトリル繊維、アラミド繊維、又はそれらの混合物から成るグループから選択される、繊維強化複合材。
- 200℃以上のガラス転移開始点を有する、請求項15に記載の繊維強化複合材。
- 請求項15〜請求項16のいずれかに記載の繊維強化複合材を用いて、樹脂トランスファー成形、又は湿式圧縮成形により製造された自動車の車輪リム。
