Abstract
Description
不揮発性メモリ(NVM)に基づいて、記憶モジュールにおいて異なる記憶領域を画定し、異なるデータ記憶期間(1つの記憶領域ごとに1つの記憶期間を設定する)を設定し、異なる記憶領域において異なるプロセス又は物理的材料を用いて、データを特定の記憶期間内で自己破壊させるか、又は各記憶領域ごとに読み書き方式を動的に選択して、異なる読み書き操作を行い、ユーザー自分で自己破壊時間を設定する。
該システムは、記憶データインターフェース、不揮発性メモリコントローラ、記憶領域及び記憶データ変換センターを備え、記憶データインターフェースは、不揮発性メモリコントローラに接続され、不揮発性メモリコントローラには、記憶領域分析モジュール及び記憶モード制御モジュールが設置されており、記憶領域分析モジュールは、異なる自己破壊時間及び管理記憶領域を画定することに用いられ、記憶モード制御モジュールは、異なる記憶領域の作動モードに対応しており、記憶データ変換センターは、データ保存時間を動的に設定し、各時間記憶モードごとに初期に限定するか、又はメモリへの読み書きの過程に動的に調整する。
Claims (6)
- 不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法であって、不揮発性メモリに基づいて、記憶モジュールにおいて記憶領域を画定し、異なる記憶期間を設定するステップと、異なる記憶領域において異なるプロセス又は物理的材料を用いて、データを特定の記憶期間内で自己破壊させるか、又は各記憶領域ごとに読み書き方式を動的に選択して、異なる読み書き操作を行い、ユーザ自分で自己破壊時間を設定するステップとを含むことを特徴とする不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法。
- 前記不揮発性メモリは、RRAM(登録商標)であり、異なる記憶領域において異なるプロセス又は物理的材料が使用されており、プロセス自身によりデバイスの保持特性を悪くすることで、データを特定期間内で自己破壊させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法。
- 前記不揮発性メモリは、RRAM(登録商標)であり、読み書き操作は、大きさの異なる電流の状態及び異なる電圧パルスでデータを記憶領域に書き込むことであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法。
- 前記不揮発性メモリは、NANDフラッシュメモリであり、異なる記憶領域において異なるプロセス又は物理的材料が使用されていることは、データ保持特性が悪い材料を用いて、ユーザの選択に応じてデータを書き込み、設定された記憶時限に基づいて、デバイス固有のデータを消去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法。
- 前記不揮発性メモリは、NANDフラッシュメモリであり、読み書き操作は、高圧で書き込むことであり、データの常駐エラーを増加し、所定の短時間でデータの自己破壊を実現することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊方法。
- 不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊システムであって、記憶データインターフェース、不揮発性メモリコントローラ、記憶領域及び記憶データ変換センターを備え、不揮発性メモリコントローラには記憶領域分析モジュール及び記憶モード制御モジュールが設置されており、記憶領域分析モジュールは、異なる自己破壊時間及び管理記憶領域を画定することに用いられ、記憶モード制御モジュールは、異なる記憶領域の作動モードに対応しており、記憶データ変換センターは、データ保存時間を動的に設定し、各時間記憶モードごとに初期に限定するか又はメモリへの読み書きの過程に動的に調整することを特徴とする不揮発性メモリに基づくデータ自己破壊システム。
