Claims (14)
- 電気部品(10)、特に自動車用の電気部品(10)であって、
電気コンポーネント(14)と、接触ストリップ(18)を有する電子制御装置(16)とを備え、
前記制御装置(16)と前記電気コンポーネント(14)とが少なくとも一部領域でプラスチック(32)によって射出成形されており、該プラスチック(32)は、前記電気コンポーネント(14)と前記制御装置(16)とを機械的に接続し、ソケット(21)を前記接触ストリップ(18)の周りに形成する、電気部品(10)。 - 前記接触ストリップ(18)は、金属製の接触コームである、請求項1記載の電気部品(10)。
- 前記接触ストリップ(18)は、プラスチック製の基体(22)を有する、請求項2記載の電気部品(10)。
- 前記プラスチック(32)は、前記電子制御装置を完全にカプセル化する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電気部品(10)。
- 前記電気コンポーネント(14)は、電気モーターとして、特に自動車用の電気アクチュエータとして構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電気部品(10)。
- 前記ソケット(21)は、バスシステム用の、特にCANバスまたはLINバス用のソケット(21)として構成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電気部品(10)。
- 前記プラスチックは、熱硬化性樹脂である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電気部品(10)。
- 電気部品(10)を製造する方法であって、
接触ストリップ(18)と電気コンポーネント(14)とが電子制御装置(16)と共に事前に取り付けられ、該電子制御装置(16)と一緒に射出成形工具に挿入され、少なくとも一部領域でプラスチック(32)によって射出成形され、
前記プラスチック(32)は、前記電気コンポーネント(14)を前記電子制御装置(16)に機械的に接続し、ソケット(21)を前記接触ストリップ(18)の周りに形成する、方法。 - 前記接触ストリップ(18)として、前記電子制御装置(16)にガルバニック接続される金属製の接触コームが使用される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記接触ストリップ(18)は、前記電子制御装置(16)に接続される前に、プラスチック製、特に熱可塑性プラスチック製の基体(22)によって部分的に射出成形される、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置(16)は、前記プラスチック(32)が前記制御装置(16)を完全にカプセル化するように射出成形される、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネント(14)として、電気モーター、特に自動車用の電気アクチュエータが使用される、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ソケット(21)は、バスシステム用の、特にCANバスまたはLINバス用のソケット(21)として成形される、請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック(32)として熱硬化性樹脂が使用される、請求項8から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
