Claims (15)

押出機ノズルと、
第1の材料からなるコア及び第2の材料からなるシェルを有する予備成形されたコア−シェルフィラメントを前記押出機ノズルを通して供給するためのフィラメントフィーダ、又は、前記第1の材料を含む第1のフィラメントを前記押出機ノズルを通して供給するための第1のフィラメントフィーダ、及び前記第2の材料を含む第2のフィラメントを前記押出機ノズルを通して供給するための第2のフィラメントフィーダを含む、複数のフィラメントフィーダとを備え、
前記方法は、
前記光学部品を形成するために、前記予備成形されたコア−シェルフィラメント、又は前記第1のフィラメント及び前記第2のフィラメントを、溶融した前記第2の材料が溶融した前記第1の材料を取り囲むように、前記押出機ノズルを通して供給することによって、層のスタックを前記3D印刷装置によって3D印刷するステップを含み、前記光学部品の前記層の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の材料で作製されたコア部分と、前記コア部分を包囲する前記第2の材料で作製されたシェル部分と、を含み、前記第2の材料が、光学的に透明であり、前記第1の材料が、前記第2の材料とは異なる光透過率を有する、方法。 - 少なくとも前記第1のフィラメントフィーダが、多角形断面を有し、前記層のスタックを前記3D印刷装置によって3D印刷するステップは、前記第1の材料で作製されたコア部分と、前記コア部分を取り囲む前記第2の材料で作製されたシェル部分と、を含む層を印刷する間に、前記第1のフィラメントフィーダを前記第2のフィラメントフィーダに対して回転させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学部品を形成するために、前記層のスタックを前記3D印刷装置によって3D印刷するステップは、
前記コア部分が異なる直径を有する異なる層を印刷すること、及び
前記第1の材料又は前記第2の材料のみから作製された少なくとも1つの層を印刷すること、の少なくとも一方を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができる光学部品であって、前記光学部品が、複数の層を備え、各層が、コア部分と、前記コア部分を包囲するシェル部分と、を含み、前記コア部分が、第1の材料で作製され、前記シェル部分が、第2の材料で作製され、前記第2の材料が、光学的に透明であり、前記第1の材料が、前記第2の材料とは異なる光透過率を有する、光学部品。
- 前記シェル部分は、前記コア部分とは異なる断面形状を有する、請求項4に記載の光学部品。
- 前記コア部分及び前記シェル部分はそれぞれ、多角形断面を有し、前記コア部分の前記多角形断面は、各層の少なくとも一部において前記シェル部分の前記多角形断面に対して回転されている、請求項4又は5に記載の光学部品。
- 前記シェル部分に対する前記コア部分の向きが、各層全体にわたって変化している、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記コア部分の中心が、前記シェル部分の中心に対して変位している、請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記コア部分は、前記複数の層のうちの第1の層において第1の寸法を有し、前記複数の層のうちの第2の層において前記第1の寸法とは異なる第2の寸法を有する、請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記第1の材料又は前記第2の材料のみを含む少なくとも1つの層を更に備える、請求項4乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記第2の材料は、実質的に光学的に透明な材料であり、前記第1の材料は、拡散反射材料、吸収材料、及び着色材料のうちの1つである、請求項4乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記第2の材料は、半透明材料及び着色材料のうちの少なくとも一方である、請求項4乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
- 前記光学部品は、内容積部を含み、各層は、前記内容積部の一部を包囲している、請求項4乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品。
