Claims (14)
- 第1のペイン(2)、第2のペイン(3)、及び前記2つのペイン(2、3)の間に配置された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性膜(4)を含む複合ペイン(1)であって、
− 少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)は平面ガラス状であり、かつ少なくとも1つのペイン面(13、13’)は、第1のペイン方向に沿って延在し、かつ前記第1のペイン方向に対して垂直な第2のペイン方向に交互に配置されている複数の伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有しており、
− 前記熱可塑性膜(4)は押出しによって製造され、かつ少なくとも1つの膜面(6、6’)は、第1の膜方向に沿って延在し、かつ前記第1の膜方向に対して垂直な第2の膜方向に交互に配置されている複数の伸長凸部(7)及び伸長凹部(8)を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)の前記伸長凸部(11)は、前記熱可塑性膜(4)の前記伸長凸部(7)に対して90°以外の角度で配置されている、
複合ペイン。 - 前記熱可塑性膜(4)の隣接する凸部(7)間の距離及び隣接する凹部(8)間の距離は、50mm又はそれを超える、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)の前記伸長凸部(11)は、前記熱可塑性膜(4)の前記伸長凸部(7)に対して0°〜45°、好ましくは0°の角度で配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有する少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)は、2.1mm未満のペイン厚を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)。
- 伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有する少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)は、0.5mm〜1.1mmの範囲のペイン厚を有する、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン。
- 1つのペイン(2)は、伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有し、かつ2.1mm未満のペイン厚を有し、かつ前記もう一方のペイン(3)は1.4mm〜2.6mmの範囲のペイン厚を有する、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン。
- 1つのペイン(2)は、伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有し、かつ2.1mm未満のペイン厚を有し、かつ前記もう一方のペイン(3)は少なくとも2.1mm、特に2.1mm〜2.6mmの範囲のペイン厚を有する、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン。
- 前記第1のペイン(2)及び第2のペイン(3)は、それぞれ、伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン。
- 前記第1のペイン(2)の前記伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)は、前記第2のペイン(3)の前記伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)に対して並行に配置されている、請求項8に記載の複合ペイン。
- 伸長凸部(11)及び伸長凹部(12)を有する少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)は、フロートガラス法又はフュージョンドロー法で製造される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン。
- 前記熱可塑性膜(4)はポリビニルブチラール(PVB)でできている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン。
- 設置された状態で横断方向に延在する2つのペイン端部(9、10)、及び設置された状態で垂直方向に延在する2つのペイン端部(14)を有しており、前記第1のペイン(2)及び/又は前記第2のペイン(3)の前記伸長凸部(11)及び前記伸長凹部(12)は、線に沿って、好ましくは前記横断方向に延在する前記2つのペイン端部(9、10)を互いに接続する最短線に沿って延在している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン。
- 以下の工程を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)を製造する方法:
− 前記第1のペイン(2)を提供すること、
− 前記第2のペイン(3)を提供すること、
− 前記2つのペイン(2、3)を、前記2つのペイン(2、3)の間に配置した少なくとも1つの熱可塑性膜(4)とともに積層すること、
ここで、前記方法は、少なくとも1つのペイン(2、3)の前記伸長凸部(11)を、前記熱可塑性膜(4)の前記伸長凸部(7)に対して90°以外の角度で配置するように、前記2つのペイン(2、3)及び前記熱可塑性膜(4)を配置することを特徴とする。 - 地上、空中又は水上を移動するための移動手段における、特に自動車における、特に自動車のウィンドシールドとしての、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(1)の使用。
