Abstract
Description
本発明は、概して、エネルギーを吸収し、それを個々の着用者の足に戻すように構成される、矯正システムに関する。
歩くことおよび走ることは、少なくとも一方の足が常に地面と接触している状態で、支持および推進の両方を提供するために、交互に2つの脚の使用を伴う移動の方法として定義されることができる。用語「歩行」および「歩くこと」は、多くの場合、同義的に使用されるが、用語「歩行」は、実際の歩くプロセスではなく、歩く様式またはスタイルを指す。歩行周期は、歩くことの正確な同一反復事象の間の時間間隔である。
前述の問題は、本発明による矯正システムによって対処される。いくつかの側面では、矯正システムは、「人工的な足および足首」を備え、我々が歩行する環境の常に変化している形状に合うように究極のモバイルアダプタとして設計される。いくつかの側面では、本発明による矯正システムは、無限の力改変および動的力再分配を可能にする、3D生体力学制御懸架プラットフォームである。いくつかの側面では、可動域制御および病理学的力軽減を可能にする、3D生体力学制御懸架プラットフォームが開示される。
ここで図1から6を参照すると、本発明による矯正エネルギー帰還システムの第1の実施形態が描写される。図1は、本発明によるエネルギー帰還システム10を装着した安静時の足を(想像線で)図示する。エネルギー帰還システム10は、地面等の表面上に安静時の基層12を伴って、負担のないまたは除荷位置に示される。エネルギー帰還システム10は、広義には、基層12と、レバー14と、プラテン16と、矯正器具18とを含む。基部12は、概して、足底から足指領域まで延在する限り、任意の長さであってもよい。基部12は、限定ではないが、ゴム、プラスチック、ポリマー、ポリウレタン、および同等物を含む、靴底に使用される任意の材料を含んでもよい。レバー14は、スライド22と、角度付きの中心部分24と、角度付きの接続部分26とを含む。レバー14は、歩行周期中に動的に変形することを可能にするように弾性である材料から作製される。レバー14に利用され得る好適な材料は、プラスチック、ポリマー、および弾性金属を含む。矯正器具18もまた、歩行周期中に動的に変形することを可能にするように弾性である材料から作製される。矯正器具18を構築するために利用され得る好適な材料は、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン、開放セルフォームおよび閉鎖セルフォーム、ならびに黒鉛を含む。プラテン16は、望ましくは、プラスチック、ポリプロピレン、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、および当業者に公知である他の材料等の剛性または半剛性材料から作製される。
Claims (19)
- 三層矯正システムであって、
遠位足指端と、近位踵端とを有する、基層と、
遠位足指部分と、中間部分と、近位踵部分とを有する、中間層であって、前記中間層の遠位足指部分は、前足部分を形成するように前記基層の遠位足指端に動作可能に結合される、中間層と、
前上層部分と、アーチ上層部分と、踵上層部分とを有する、上層であって、前記踵上層部分は、踵部分を形成するように前記中間層の近位踵部分に動作可能に結合される、上層と、
を備え、前記基層、前記中間層、および前記上層の結合は、前記上層が前記中間層にわたって懸架され、前記踵部分が前記基層の近位踵端上で懸架される、後ばね区分、中間ばね区分、および前ばね区分を作成する、
三層矯正システム。 - 前記中間層の遠位足指部分は、前記基層の遠位足指端に融合される、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記踵上層部分は、前記中間層の近位踵部分に融合される、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記矯正システムを構築するために使用される材料は、炭素繊維である、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記底層と前記中間層との間に位置付けられるシムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記最上層と前記中間層との間に位置付けられるシムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記矯正システムは、履物の中に挿入されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記前上層部分に切り込まれる複数のセグメント化された放射状指をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記複数の放射状指のうちの1つまたはそれを上回るものは、治療角度によって上向きまたは下向きに変形されるように構成される、請求項8に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記複数の放射状指のうちの1つまたはそれを上回るものは、開口を含む、請求項9に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記開口に動作可能に結合される第1の端部と、前記放射状指を下向きに撓曲させるために前記基層に動作可能に結合される第2の端部とを有する、フィラメントをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 歩行周期中に移動を感知する、前記矯正器具の上または近傍に位置付けられる少なくとも1つのセンサと、複数の足病理についてのデータならびに正常な足および/または正常な歩行周期に関する複数の情報を提供する、知識ベースと、前記少なくとも1つのセンサおよび前記知識ベースと動作通信する、処理デバイスとをさらに備え、前記処理デバイスは、(a)個人の歩行周期に関連するデータを前記少なくとも1つのセンサから受信し、(b)前記少なくとも1つのセンサから受信される前記データを前記知識ベース内の前記複数の足病理と比較し、(c)正常な足および/または正常な歩行周期に関する前記複数の情報に基づいて、前記矯正器具への治療矯正を判定し、前記個人の歩行周期を向上させ、(d)前記矯正の視覚表現を前記個人に出力するように動作する、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- 前記矯正器具は、足、足首、および身体の生体力学を制御するために、前記歩行周期中に受動的に、静的・動的に、または動的・動的に制御されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
- アーチ部分は、前記上層に切り込まれ、個人の高いアーチまたは平坦なアーチを処置するために、前記上層の上方に上向きに、または前記上向きの層の下方に下向きに変形されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の三層矯正システム。
