Claims (8)
- 長いシート状の陽極及び陰極の間に分離膜が介装された状態で巻き取られた構造のゼリーロール型電極組立体と、
前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体を収容するための円筒型電池ケースと、
前記円筒型電池ケースの開放上端に装着されるキャップアセンブリーと、
を含み、
前記円筒型電池ケースの底面に対して垂直に溶接用柱が形成されている、円筒型二次電池。 - 前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体の陽極タブは前記キャップアセンブリーに結合し、陰極タブは前記溶接用柱に結合する、請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溶接用柱は前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体の巻取中心に位置する、請求項1または2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溶接用柱の長さは前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体の巻取軸方向の長さと同じかそれより大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記陰極タブは前記溶接用柱に対して抵抗溶接、超音波溶接又はレーザー溶接で結合される、請求項2に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記ゼリーロール型電極組立体の陽極タブは陽極シートの巻取開始部に付着されており、陰極タブは陰極シートの巻取末端部に付着されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 前記溶接用柱は前記円筒型電池ケースの底中心部が上方に突出するように延びる構造を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池を含む、電池パック。
