Abstract
Description
複数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
一つ以上の側壁を備え、前記側壁によって画定される内部空間に前記セルアセンブリーを収納するように構成されたモジュールハウジングと、
メイン壁及び前記メイン壁の外周から前記モジュールハウジングが位置する方向へ延びた一つ以上の側壁を備えた本体フレーム、及び一側部が前記本体フレームの側壁に結合して固定され、他側部が前記モジュールハウジングの前端部または後端部に結合するように構成された接合プレートを備えたエンドフレームと、を含み得る。
より具体的に、電極リード111は、パウチ外装材の前方または後方の外周縁に位置したシーリング部から前方または後方へ引き出されるように構成され得る。そして、このような電極リード111は、二次電池110の電極端子として機能できる。例えば、図2に示したように、一つの電極リード111が二次電池110から前方へ引き出されるように構成され得、他の一つの電極リード111が二次電池110から後方へ引き出されるように構成され得る。

Claims (10)
- 複数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリーと、
一つ以上の側壁を備え、前記側壁によって画定される内部空間に前記セルアセンブリーを収納するように構成されたモジュールハウジングと、
メイン壁及び前記メイン壁の外周から前記モジュールハウジングが位置する方向へ延びた一つ以上の側壁を備えた本体フレーム、及び一側部が前記本体フレームの側壁に結合して固定され、他側部が前記モジュールハウジングの前端部または後端部に結合するように構成された接合プレートを備えたエンドフレームと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接合プレートは、前記本体フレームの側壁と結合する本体部と、前記本体部に対して段差を有し、前記モジュールハウジングの内面に密着するように前記本体部の側端部から延びて形成された段差部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記段差部と対面する前記モジュールハウジングの内面には、前記段差部が位置する方向へ突出した固定突起が少なくとも一つ以上形成され、
前記段差部には、前記モジュールハウジングの固定突起が挿入されるように凹んだ固定溝が少なくとも一つ以上形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記段差部は、前記モジュールハウジングの内面を加圧するように前記接合プレートの本体部から前記モジュールハウジングの内面が位置する方向へ傾くように延びたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接合プレートの本体部には、前記本体フレームの側壁の一部が埋め込まれるように少なくとも一つ以上の固定ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接合プレートの本体部には、外面の一部が内部方向へ凹み、凹んだ部位が一端から他端まで延びた凹溝部が形成され、前記本体フレームの側壁の一部が前記凹溝部に埋め込まれる埋込固定部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記凹溝部は、前記段差部と接しない前記本体部の側端部に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記凹溝部は、前記接合プレートの本体部の中央から両側端へ延びたことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを備える、自動車。
