Claims (15)
- 基板上に順次に積層設置されている第1電極と有機機能層と第2電極とを含む有機EL装置であって、
前記第1電極は、反対となる第1側と第2側とを有し、かつ、第1導電層と、前記第1導電層の前記第1側に積層設置されており透明導電層である第2導電層と、を含むことを特徴とする有機EL装置。 - 前記第1電極は、前記第1導電層の前記第2側に積層設置されており透明導電層である第3導電層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第1導電層は半透過・半反射型導電層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第2導電層の厚さは20nm〜50nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第3導電層の厚さは50nm〜80nmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第2電極は反射電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第2電極と前記第1電極とでマイクロキャビティ構造が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機EL装置。
- 前記第2電極が反射電極である場合、前記第2電極と前記第1電極の前記第1導電層とでマイクロキャビティ構造が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機EL装置。
- 基板をさらに含み、前記基板と前記第1導電層は前記第2導電層の反対となる両側に設けられており、前記第2導電層は前記第2電極側に設けられており、前記第3導電層は前記基板側に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の有機EL装置。
- 有機EL装置に適用される電極であって、
反対となる第1側と第2側とを有し、かつ
第1導電層と、
前記第1導電層の前記第1側に積層設置されており透明導電層である第2導電層と、を含む、ことを特徴とする、電極。 - 前記第1導電層の前記第2側に積層設置されており透明導電層である第3導電層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極。
- 前記第1導電層は半透過・半反射型導電層であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極。
- 前記第2導電層の厚さは20nm〜50nmであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極。
- 前記第3導電層の厚さは50nm〜80nmであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電極。
- 前記第1導電層の厚さは500nm〜600nmであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極。
