Claims (15)
- デバイスであって、
ワイヤ取り付け部分を含むハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに移動可能に装着されて反応チャンバを含むアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに移動可能に装着され、シース取り付け部分を備えた遠位ストップ及び前記反応チャンバに位置付けられた近位ストップを含むプランジャと、
前記反応チャンバに位置付けられ、前記プランジャに対して移動可能な近位端を含む弾性要素と、
前記弾性要素の前記近位端とキャビティの近位端との間で前記反応チャンバに位置付けられた力低減要素と、
を含み、
前記弾性要素は、前記アクチュエータに対して遠位に前記プランジャを付勢し、
前記弾性要素は、近位方向力が前記プランジャに印加された時に圧縮可能であり、
前記力低減要素は、前記近位方向力の量を消散させる、デバイス。 - 前記弾性要素の遠位端が、前記近位ストップに取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記力低減要素は、アクチュエータ及び前記弾性要素に対して移動可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記近位ストップから近位に延びるシャフトを更に含み、
前記力低減要素は、前記シャフト上に移動可能に装着される請求項3に記載のデバイス。 - 前記力低減要素は、開口部を備えた環状形状を含み、前記シャフトは、該開口部を通って延びる、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータは、第1の材料で作られ、
前記弾性要素は。第2の材料で作られ、
前記力低減要素は、第3の材料で作られ、
該第1及び第2の材料間の摩擦係数が、該第2及び第3の材料間の摩擦係数よりも大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の材料はポリマーであり、前記第2又は第3の材料のうちの少なくとも一方が金属である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2又は第3の材料のうちの少なくとも一方が、潤滑性コーティング又は摩擦低減表面処理を含む、請求項6又は7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記近位方向力の印加の前に、前記弾性要素は、(i)前記プランジャの前記近位ストップが、前記反応チャンバの遠位面との接触を維持し、(ii)該付勢要素の前記近位端が、前記力低減要素の遠位面との接触を維持し、かつ(iii)該力低減要素の近位面が、該反応チャンバの近位面との接触を維持する拡張構成を取り、
前記アクチュエータは、前記弾性要素を圧縮することなくエンド−エフェクタを延長する又は折り畳むために前記ハンドルに対して移動可能であり、
前記近位方向力は、前記プランジャの前記近位ストップが前記反応チャンバの前記遠位面から離間される圧縮構成を前記弾性要素に取らせる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記弾性要素は、円形断面区域を備えたバネであり、
前記バネの近位端が、該バネの前記円形断面区域の外面から構成される接触面を定める、請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記弾性要素の少なくとも前記近位端は、潤滑性コーティング又は摩擦低減表面処理を含む、請求項9又は10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プランジャは、前記近位ストップ及び前記遠位ストップ間を長手方向に延びる本体を含み、前記アクチュエータの遠位端は、開口部を含み、該本体は、該開口部に移動可能に装着される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プランジャの前記本体の外部案内面が、前記アクチュエータの前記開口部の内部案内面上で移動可能であり、該外部案内面及び内部案内面のうちの少なくとも一方が、該アクチュエータに対して該プランジャを移動するのに必要な量の前記近位方向力を低減するように構成される、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも前記外部案内面は、潤滑性コーティング又は摩擦低減表面処理を含む、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 前記シース取り付け部分から遠位に延びるシースと、
前記ワイヤ取り付け部分から遠位にかつ前記アクチュエータ、前記プランジャ、及び前記シースの遠位端を通って延びるワイヤと、
前記シースの遠位端に取り付けられた又は埋め込まれた力伝達要素と、
を更に含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
