- 車体(1)、液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)、液体窒素の輸送管路(9)、ガス化装置(15)、若干の電動バルブ、給水コネクタ(12)、液体窒素スプレーガン(13)及び混合スプレー砲(8)を含むことを特徴とする液体窒素をジェットパワーにする多機能消防車であり、液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)が車体(1)に設置され、液体窒素の輸送管路(9)が少なくとも2本あり、且つ液体窒素の輸送管路No.1が液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)の底部から引き出され、ガス化装置(15)に接続されてから液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)のトップに接続され、液体窒素の輸送管路No.2が液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)から引き出されてからそれぞれ液体窒素スプレーガン(13)の入力側及び混合スプレー砲(8)の入力側No.1に接続され、混合スプレー砲(8)が入力側No.1、入力側No.2、液体窒素ノズル(8-4)及びジェットチューブからなり、ジェットチューブのキャビティガスと液体との混合体の流れ向きに応じてつなぎ合う収縮ゾーン(8-1)、拡散ゾーン(8-2)及び加速ゾーン(8-3)に分けられ、収縮ゾーン(8-1)は内径がだんだんに縮小し、拡散ゾーン(8-2)は内径がガスと液体との混合体の流れ向きに連れてだんだんに大きくなり、加速ゾーン(8-3)は内径が拡散ゾーン(8-2)における最大内径と同じであり、流れ向きに応じて変わらなく、液体窒素ノズル(8-4)は入力側No.1とつなぎ合い、且つ収縮ゾーン(8-1)における正中線にあり、出口が収縮ゾーン(8-1)の出口と同一の平面上にあり、入力側No.2は一側が収縮ゾーン(8-1)、他側が給水コネクタ(12)とつなぎ合い、電動バルブは液体窒素の輸送管路(9)及び給水コネクタ(12)の管路にあることを特徴とする。
- ガス化管(15-1)は入口が液体窒素の輸送管路No.1(9)とつなぎ合い、出口が液体窒素の輸送管路(9)により液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)のトップと通じていて、ヒートシンクフィン(15-2)はガス化管(15-1)に沿ってラジアルでガス化管(15-1)の外壁に設置される、ガス化装置(15)がガス化管(15-1)及び若干のヒートシンクフィン(15-2)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 電動バルブが混合スプレー砲(8)の液体窒素の輸送管路にある電動バルブNo.4(14-4)を含み、電動バルブNo.4(14-4)により液体窒素と水との混合比を1:20〜40に制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 液体窒素貯蔵タンクのライナー(2-2)は液体窒素貯蔵タンクのハウジング(2-1)の内にあり、且つ2者の間に隙間があり、隙間の内部が乾燥し、且つ0.001〜0.005Paの真空であり、液体窒素貯蔵タンクのライナー(2-2)は表が多層でジルコニア箔層絶縁材(2-3)が巻かれている、液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)が液体窒素貯蔵タンクのハウジング(2-1)及び液体窒素貯蔵タンクのライナー(2-2) を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 前記の混合スプレー砲(8)は折り畳み式ブーム(3)の端部にあり、ブーム・ターンテーブル(7)は折り畳み式ブーム(3)とつなぎ合い、且つ外付け駆動機器で駆動されて折り畳み式ブーム(3)が360°で回転できる、折り畳み式ブーム(3) 及びーム・ターンテーブル(7) も含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 前記液体窒素貯蔵タンク(2)に圧力センサー(6) があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 前記液体窒素の輸送管路No.3にある固定値リリーフバルブ(10)も含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 前記電動バルブが液体窒素の輸送管路No.1に搭載された電動バルブNo.1(14-1)、液体窒素スプレーガン(13)の液体窒素の輸送管路に搭載された電動バルブNo.2(14-2)、給水コネクタ(12)の管路に搭載された電動バルブNo.3(14-3) も含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消防車。
- 前記給水コネクタ(12)が外部水タンク消防車とつなぎ合い、外部水タンク消防車により圧力が0.8〜1.0MPaである純水、または3%のF-500、1〜3%の法安徳2000が添加された水消火剤、または6%水膜フォーム、1%クラスAのフォームが添加された消火剤、または化学洗浄剤が解けた水を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消防車。
- 前記入力側No.1、入力側No.2、液体窒素ノズル(8-4)及びジェットチューブからなり、ジェットチューブのキャビティガスと液体との混合体の流れ向きに応じてつなぎ合う収縮ゾーン(8-1)、拡散ゾーン(8-2)及び加速ゾーン(8-3)に分けられ、収縮ゾーン(8-1)は内径がだんだんに縮小し、拡散ゾーン(8-2)は内径がガスと液体との混合体の流れ向きに応じてだんだんに大きくなり、加速ゾーン(8-3)は内径が拡散ゾーン(8-2)における最大内径と同じであり、且つ流れ向きに応じて変わらなく、液体窒素ノズル(8-4)は入力側No.1とつなぎ合い、且つ収縮ゾーン(8-1)における正中線にあり、出口が収縮ゾーン(8-1)の出口と同一の平面上にあり、入力側No.2は一側が収縮ゾーン(8-1)、他側が給水コネクタ(12)とつなぎ合うことを特徴とする混合スプレー砲。
