Claims (20)

- 前記決定される心筋梗塞特性は、心筋梗塞の位置の推定を含む、請求項2に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記決定される心筋梗塞特性は、心筋梗塞のサイズの推定を含む、請求項3に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記生物物理シミュレータは、境界条件決定器及び境界条件アダプタを有し、前記境界条件決定器は、前記入力心臓画像データからセグメント化される冠状動脈樹から、境界条件を決定し、前記境界条件アダプタは、前記心筋梗塞特性を用いて前記境界条件を適応させる、請求項1に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記適応が、冠状動脈モデルの構成要素の微小血管抵抗を変更することを含む、請求項5に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記適応が、梗塞組織に血液を供給するモデルの冠状動脈の微小血管抵抗を増加させることを含む、請求項5に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記適応は、心臓生理学から推定される、請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記境界条件アダプタは、前記シミュレートされた部分冠血流予備量比指標又は前記瞬時血流予備量比指標が部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は瞬時血流予備量比測定値と合致するように、訓練を通じて、前記部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は前記瞬時血流予備量比測定値により前記境界条件を適応させる、請求項5に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記生物物理シミュレータが画像データアダプタを有し、前記プロセッサが更に、前記画像データアダプタを実行して、前記決定された心筋梗塞特性を前記入力心臓画像データに組み込むように構成される、請求項1に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、個人化された心臓形状モデルを使用して、前記決定された心筋梗塞特性を前記入力心臓画像データの空間座標に組み込む、請求項10に記載のコンピューティングシステム。
- 前記生物物理シミュレータは、前記決定された心筋梗塞特性が組み込まれた前記入力心臓画像データから、境界条件を決定し、該境界条件から前記部分冠血流予備量比指標を決定する境界条件決定器を有する、請求項10に記載のコンピューティングシステム。

- 前記プロセッサは、前記心筋梗塞特性を前記入力心臓画像データの空間座標に組み込み、前記心筋梗塞特性が組み込まれた前記心臓画像データを用いて前記部分冠血流予備量比指標又は瞬時血流予備量比指標をシミュレートする、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 前記プロセッサは、訓練アルゴリズム及び部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は瞬時血流予備量比測定値の一方を使用して、前記部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は前記瞬時血流予備量比測定値と合致する部分冠血流予備量比指標又は瞬時血流予備量比指標をシミュレートする、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
- 心臓画像データの入力するステップと、
心電図信号を入力するステップと、
前記心臓画像データ及び前記心電図信号の心筋梗塞特性から、部分冠血流予備量比指標又は瞬時血流予備量比指標をシミュレートするステップであって、前記心筋梗塞特性は、心筋梗塞の存在、心筋梗塞の位置及び心筋梗塞のサイズのうち1又は複数の推定を含む、ステップと

前記セグメント化された心臓画像データから境界条件を決定するステップと、

前記セグメント化された心臓画像データから、境界条件を決定するステップと、
前記境界条件を用いて、前記部分冠血流予備量比指標又は前記瞬時血流予備量比指標をシミュレートするステップと、
を更に有する、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記心臓画像データから冠状動脈樹をセグメント化するステップと、
前記部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は瞬時血流予備量比測定値の一方を入力するステップと、
前記シミュレートされた部分冠血流予備量比指標又は前記シミュレートされた瞬時血流予備量比指標が部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は瞬時血流予備量比測定値と合致するように、前記セグメント化された心臓画像データ及び前記部分冠血流予備量比測定値又は前記瞬時血流予備量比測定値の一方から、境界条件を決定するステップと、
前記境界条件を用いて、前記部分冠血流予備量比指標又は瞬時血流予備量比指標をシミュレートするステップと、
