- ケースと、
前記ケースの内部に、前記ケースの長手方向に沿って移動するように設けられ、シガレットを収容する収容空間を具備する容器と、
前方端部が前記容器の前記収容空間に挿入されるように、前記ケースの内部に配置され、電気が印加されれば、前記シガレットを加熱するヒータと、
前記容器をケースに対して弾性的に支持する弾性支持部と、を具備するエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記ケースは、前記容器が直線的に移動するように案内する案内空間を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記容器は、前記ヒータの前記前方端部が通過する通孔をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記通孔の大きさは、前記ヒータの前記前方端部の厚みに対応し、前記容器が移動する間、前記通孔が前記ヒータと接触することにより、前記通孔が前記ヒータの表面に付着した物質を掻き出すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ヒータの前記前方端部の表面に耐磨耗性素材を含むコーティング層をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記通孔の大きさが、前記ヒータの前記前方端部の大きさより大きく形成されることにより、前記通孔の内面は、前記ヒータの前記前方端部から離隔されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ヒータの後方端部に結合され、前記ヒータの位置を前記ケースに対して固定する固定部をさらに具備し、前記弾性支持部は、前記固定部と前記容器との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記容器は、一側端部の内径が外側に拡張された拡張部をさらに具備し、
前記ケースは、前記容器の前記拡張部の内壁面と、前記シガレットの外周面との間に挿入され、前記容器の移動方向に沿って直線的に延長する挿入部を具備することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記容器は、前記拡張部の外側において、前記固定部に向く面に形成された支持爪をさらに具備し、前記弾性支持部は、前記支持爪と前記固定部との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記容器と前記ケースとの間に配置され、前記容器の移動に反対となる抵抗力を付与するストッパをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
