Abstract
Description
a)所定の材料の粒子、液体溶媒、1つ以上のバインダー、及び任意で1つ以上の分散剤を含む懸濁液を用意する段階と、
b)上記懸濁液を、例えばファイバ又はフィラメントの所定の配列に従って、層状におけるファイバ又はフィラメントの形で堆積して、それによって多孔質構造を生成する段階と、
c)相反転を誘起して、それにより、非溶媒蒸気への及び液体非溶媒へのフィラメントの堆積の間に上記フィラメントをさらすことによって、上記フィラメントが液体から固体状態へ変換される段階と、
d)上記構造を焼成及び焼結することによって段階c)の構造を熱的に処理する段階と、を含み得る。
言い換えると、本方法の段階c)は、非溶媒蒸気への及び液体非溶媒へのフィラメントの堆積の間に上記フィラメントをさらす段階を含み、それによって、堆積されたフィラメントは固化し、表面粗さ及びミクロ多孔性を得る。好ましい実施形態では、段階b)は、非溶媒環境において実行される。
Claims (20)
- 多孔質構造内への骨の内部成長のための、相互接続された細孔(20)を有する多孔質構造(11)であって、前記多孔質構造が、互いに付着したファイバ(13、14)の配置を含み、前記ファイバが、層(151、152、153)において配され、前記層が積み重ねられた、多孔質構造(11)を含み、
前記多孔質構造が表面(111)を含み、前記表面が、異なる多孔性を有する異なる領域(112、113)を含み、前記異なる多孔性が、ファイバの配置によって決定されていることを特徴とする、外科用インプラント(10)。 - 前記多孔質構造(11)が、密な部分(12)へ付着し、前記表面が、前記密な部分の反対側に位置する、請求項1に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記密な部分が、前記多孔質構造を有する界面(115)を含み、前記多孔質構造の前記層の積み重ねの方向(16)が、前記界面への接近又は前記界面から離れる方向において配向される、請求項2に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記表面が、前記表面上の第1の領域(112)における第1の多孔性、及び前記表面上の第2の領域(113)における第2の多孔性を含み、前記第1の多孔性と前記第2の多孔性との間の差異が、少なくとも4%である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記第1の多孔性と前記第2の多孔性との間の前記差異が、少なくとも6%である、請求項4に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記第1の多孔性が45%と90%との間であり、前記第2の多孔性が40%と85%との間である、請求項4又は5に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記第1の多孔性が70%と90%との間であり、前記第2の多孔性が40%と60%との間である、請求項6に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記多孔質構造が、50%と80%との間の平均多孔性を有する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記ファイバ(13、14)が、20μmと5mmとの間の直径を有する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 連続した層のファイバが互いに貫通し合い、前記連続した層の前記ファイバ間の貫通深さ(c)と前記ファイバの直径(a)との間の比率が、0.05と0.5との間である、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記比率が、0.1と0.5との間である、請求項10に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 同じ層の隣接するファイバ間の間隔(n)が、10μmと5mmとの間である、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの層における前記ファイバ間の前記間隔(n)が、第1の領域と第2の領域との間で変化して、前記異なる多孔性を得る、請求項12に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記多孔質構造が、前記表面(111)に直交する方向(16)における多孔性勾配を含む、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記多孔質構造(11)が、密な部分(12)に付着し、前記表面が、前記密な部分を有する前記多孔質構造の界面(115)の反対側に位置し、前記多孔質構造が、多孔性勾配を含み、前記多孔性が、前記密な部分への接近の方向(16)において減少する、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 連続した層の前記ファイバ間の貫通深さ(c)が、前記多孔性勾配の方向に沿って変化する、請求項14又は15に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 前記ファイバが、微細孔を含む、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
- 異なる多孔性を有する前記異なる領域(112、113)が、前記表面上で交互に並ぶ、請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載の外科用インプラント。
