Claims (16)
- 鉄道車両用の制動装置であって、前記制動装置は、
前記鉄道車両(10)の少なくとも1つのブレーキシステムを駆動制御する少なくとも1つのブレーキ制御部(16)と、
前記鉄道車両(10)の常用制動を要求する少なくとも1つの制御要素(18)を備えた第1の要求装置(12,20,22)と、
前記第1の要求装置(12,20,22)の起動時に、常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)に従って前記少なくとも1つのブレーキ制御部(16)を駆動制御するように構成されている列車制動マネージャ(14)と、
非常制動モード(Z3)に従って前記少なくとも1つのブレーキ制御部(16)を駆動制御する第2の要求装置(26)と、
を有しており、
前記制動装置は、さらに、前記鉄道車両(10)の前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における、前記第1の要求装置(12,20,22)を介して要求された常用制動の制動効果(Aist)を監視する監視装置(24)を有しており、
前記監視装置(24)は、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)に応じて、前記第2の要求装置(26)を起動させることを特徴とする、
鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記監視装置(24)は、前記第2の要求装置(26)のトリガー(28)に接続されており、前記第2の要求装置(26)を起動させるために、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)に応じて、前記トリガーを操作する、
請求項1記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記監視装置(24)は、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)を、所定の制動効果境界値(Asoll)と比較し、監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)が前記制動効果境界値(Asoll)を下回っている場合もしくは監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)が前記制動効果境界値(Asoll)を上回っていない場合に、前記第2の要求装置(26)を起動させるように構成されている、
請求項1または2記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記監視装置(24)は、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の不十分な制動効果に対する所定の許容判断基準の所定の境界値(Tlimit)を超える場合にのみ、前記第2の要求装置(26)を起動させるように構成されている、
請求項3記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記監視装置(24)は、前記第1の要求装置(20)が停止されると、前記非常制動モードにおける常用制動時に前記第2の要求装置(26)を再び停止させるように構成されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記第1の要求装置(12,20,22)の前記少なくとも1つの制御要素(18)は、要求された前記常用制動の制動レベルを調節するように構成されており、
前記列車制動マネージャ(14)は、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)において前記少なくとも1つのブレーキ制御部(16)を、調節された前記制動レベルを得るように駆動制御するように構成されており、
前記監視装置(24)は、調節された前記制動レベルに相応して、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の前記制動効果(Aist)を監視するように構成されている、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 前記第1の要求装置(12,20,22)は、前記列車制動マネージャ(14)に接続されている車両バス(12)、前記列車制動マネージャ(14)に接続されている列車制御線路(20)および/または前記列車制動マネージャ(14)への制御要素(18)の直接的な電気接続部(22)を有している、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の、鉄道車両用の制動装置。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の制動装置を少なくとも1つ有している鉄道車両(10)。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の制動装置を少なくとも1つ有している、複数の鉄道車両(10)から成る結合体。
- 鉄道車両(10)の制動方法であって、前記方法は、
第1の要求装置(20)によって常用制動が要求されたときに常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)に従って鉄道車両のブレーキシステムを駆動制御するステップと、
前記第1の要求装置(20)を介して要求された、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の制動効果(Aist)を監視するステップと、
を有しており、
前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)に応じて、前記鉄道車両(10)の前記ブレーキシステムの駆動制御が、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)から非常制動モード(Z3)に切り替わることを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)が、所定の制動効果境界値(Asoll)と比較され、監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)が前記制動効果境界値(Asoll)を下回っている場合もしくは監視されている前記制動効果(Aist)が前記制動効果境界値(Asoll)を上回っていない場合に、前記非常制動モード(Z3)に切り替えられる、
請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の不十分な制動効果に対する所定の許容判断基準の所定の境界値(Tlimit)を超える場合にのみ、前記非常制動モード(Z3)に切り替えられる、
請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記常用制動が解除された場合に、前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)と、前記制動効果の監視によって開始された前記非常制動モード(Z3)と、が解除される、
請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の前記制動効果(Aist)が監視装置(24)によって監視され、さらに
前記監視装置(24)の機能性が監視される、
請求項10から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記常用制動の要求が、複数の調節可能な制動レベルにおいて行われ、
前記常用制動モード(Z1,Z2)における前記常用制動の前記制動効果(Aist)は、調節された前記制動レベルに相応に監視される、
