Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1次事故および/または後続の出来事を含む差し迫った事故状況に対して現在の交通状況における自動車(19)の自動的な対応をトリガする方法であって、
a)現在の交通状況のモデルを作成するために、自動車(19)のセンサシステムおよび/または情報システム(2,3,4)からのデータを計算ユニット(1)でまとめるステップ、
b)交通状況を分析し、対応選択肢を決定するステップ、
c)2次事故またはさらなる後続の事故または起こる可能性のあるさらなる危険な状況まで、関係する道路利用者および物の一連の動きを考慮して、1次事故から予想される経過を考察するステップ、
d)対応選択肢に応じて、関係する道路利用者の人的損害および/または物的損害の確率分布および/または程度を計算するステップ、
e)関係する全ての道路利用者および物について、人的損害および/または物的損害を含めて最小の総合的な確率または最小の程度を予想させる対応選択肢を選択するステップ、
f)選択した対応選択肢を開始するための制御信号を出力するステップ
を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
ステアリング、ブレーキ、加速度、および/またはさらなる自動的に実行可能な操作、ならびにこれらの時間的順序および組み合わせを、これらの結果を伴う対応選択肢として考慮する方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
周辺情報、特に、一連の動きにとって危険な周辺範囲に関する情報を、予想される経過に取り入れる方法。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記1次事故および/または後続の事故によって起こり得る経過の後に関係する道路利用者および物が止まるそれぞれの最終位置における危険性を、前記確率分布を計算する場合に前記リスクのそれぞれの確率値を用いて考慮する方法。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
関連するセンサシステムの測定の不正確さおよび/または自動車の他の情報の不正確さを、確率分布を計算する場合にこれらの不正確さ影響に重み付けすることによって考慮する方法。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記確率分布を計算する場合に、前記自動車の機械的または動的な特性を考慮する方法。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
関係する道路利用者の特性と、および確率分布を計算する場合に予想される経過に対して可能な対応と、に関する利用可能な情報を考慮する方法。 - 自動車(19)のための装置であって、現在の交通状況において、1次事故および/または後続の出来事を含む差し迫った事故状況を検出および分析し、予想される経過に影響を及ぼす対応選択肢のための制御信号を出力するための装置において、
交通利用者、地形特性、および物体を含む現在の周辺のモデルを作成するための計算ユニット(1)、
現在の周辺の交通状況を分析し、差し迫る1次事故を検出し、予想される一連の出来事に対する様々な対応選択肢の影響を分析するための分析ユニット(6)、
1次事故の後に予想される一連の出来事を考慮して関係する道路利用者および物に関して予想される被害の確率分布を作成し、1次事故の後に展開する様々なシナリオのリスクを評価するための予測ユニット(10)、
1次事故および一連の出来事の全体的な被害および/またはリスクを最小限に抑える対応選択肢を選択するための決定ユニット(16)、および
選択された対策を開始するための制御信号を出力するための制御ユニット(17)
を備える、自動車(19)のための装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
前記計算ユニット(1)が、少なくともナビゲーションシステム(2)および予測する周辺認識センサシステム(3)のデータのための入力部を有する装置。 - 請求項8または9に記載の装置において、
前記予測ユニット(10)が、関係する道路利用者が止まることができる様々な最終位置についてのリスク評価部(11,12,13,14)を備える装置。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法の全てのステップを実施するように構成されたコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶された機械読み取り可能記憶媒体。
