前記ポンプユニット(3)、前記フィルタユニット(5)及び前記反応チャンバ(6)は、前記ポンプユニット(3)のポンピング方向(20)において、記載の順序で配置されており、
前記マイクロ流体装置(1)は、溶出媒体を、前記ポンプユニット(3)を介して、溶出のために前記フィルタユニット(5)に、続いて、さらなる処理のために前記反応チャンバ(6)に、ポンピングするように構成されている、マイクロ流体装置(1)。 - 前記反応チャンバ(6)の容積は、前記ポンプ容積(4)よりも最大で20%大きい、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプユニット(3)の内容物を前記ポンプユニット(3)の下流側に案内するための第1のサイドチャネル(7)をさらに有している、請求項1又は2に記載のマイクロ流体装置(1)。
- 前記フィルタユニット(5)の内容物を前記フィルタユニット(5)の下流側に案内するための第2のサイドチャネル(8)をさらに有している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体装置(1)。

- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ流体装置(1)を用いて、核酸を分析するための方法において、
少なくとも以下の方法ステップ、即ち、
a)試料の溶解物を供給するステップと、
b)前記溶解物をフィルタ材料(19)に結合させるステップと、
c)前記フィルタ材料(19)を介して溶出媒体をポンピングすることによって、前記溶解物を溶出させるステップと、
d)前記溶出媒体に溶解している核酸を、前記ステップc)の前記溶出媒体を使用して処理するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - e)事前に貯蔵されている試薬を、前記溶出媒体によって溶解するステップ
をさらに有する、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一時的に、前記反応チャンバ(6)が前記フィルタユニット(5)の上方に配置されているように、前記マイクロ流体装置(1)の位置を定める、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
