Claims (24)
- 少なくとも1つのバイオマスストリームを含む供給原料から凝集体を生成する方法であって、
前記供給原料を1つ又は複数の結合試薬と組み合わせるステップと、
重合活性化物質の存在下で凝集装置に前記供給原料を導入して前記凝集体を生成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記方法が、
前記供給原料を1つ又は複数の結合試薬と組み合わせて凝集混合物を生成するステップ、次に
重合活性化物質の存在下で凝集装置に前記凝集混合物を導入して前記凝集体を生成するステップ、
を含むように、
前記供給原料を1つ又は複数の結合試薬と組み合わせるステップは、前記凝集装置に供給原料を導入して凝集体を生成するステップに先立ち発生する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記重合活性化物質は、前記凝集装置に供給原料を導入して凝集体を生成するステップに先立ち、前記供給原料及び前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬と接触させられる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記重合活性化物質は、前記供給原料が前記凝集装置に導入されると同時に、又は、前記供給原料が前記凝集装置に導入された後に、前記供給原料及び前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬と接触させられる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 重合活性化物質の存在下で凝集装置に凝集混合物を導入して凝集体を生成するステップに先立ち、1つ又は複数のさらなるバイオマスストリーム及び/又は結合試薬が凝集混合物と組み合わされる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬は、重合又は架橋することができる試薬を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬は、モノマー系化合物である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬は、スチレンモノマー化合物又はシリコンモノマー化合物である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬は、界面活性物質をさらに含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合活性化物質は、前記1つ又は複数の結合試薬の重合又は架橋を開始させる物質である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合活性化物質は、モノマー架橋化合物である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記凝集体は、前記凝集体の外層を固める又は封じるために、さらなる処理を経ることができる、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる処理は、前記凝集体の表面への表面改質剤の適用を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 1つ又は複数の結合試薬と開始剤試薬との接触をさらに含む、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給原料を前処理するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
