Abstract
Description
・ 外部ペイン、第一の中間層、第二の中間層、及び内部ペインから形成された順次積層体、ここで、これらの中間層は、それぞれの場合において、少なくとも一つの可塑剤を有する少なくとも一つの熱可塑性ポリマーを含んでいる;及び
・ 少なくとも部分的に、第一の中間層と第二の中間層の間に配置されている、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素;
ここで、第一の中間層と機能要素の間、及び機能要素と第二の中間層の間には、少なくとも一つのバリアフィルムが配置されており、このバリアフィルムは、少なくとも部分的に、機能要素を越える、張り出し部分uを有している。
ここで、少なくとも、
(a)一つの外部ペイン、一つの第一の中間層、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する一つの機能要素、一つの第二の中間層、及び一つの内部ペインを、この順番で、互いに重ね合わせて配置し、ここで、バリアフィルムを、機能要素と中間層の間に配置する;
(b)外部ペイン及び内部ペインを、積層によって結合し、ここで、組み込まれた機能要素を有している中間層を、第一の中間層及び第二の中間層から形成する。

Claims (19)
- 以下を含む、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5)を含む複合ペイン(100):
・ 外部ペイン(1)、第一の中間層(3a)、第二の中間層(3b)、及び内部ペイン(2)から形成された順次積層体、ここで、前記中間層(3a、3b)は、少なくとも一つの可塑剤を有する少なくとも一つの熱可塑性ポリマーを含んでいる;及び
・ 少なくとも部分的に、前記第一の中間層(3a)と前記第二の中間層(3b)の間に配置されている、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5);
ここで、前記第一の中間層(3a)と前記機能要素(5)の間、及び前記機能要素(5)と前記第二の中間層(3b)の間には、少なくとも一つのバリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)が、少なくとも部分的に配置されており、このバリアフィルムは、少なくとも部分的に、前記機能要素(5)を越える、張り出し部分uを有しており、かつ前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)の張り出している部分は、互いにすぐ隣に配置され、かつ互いに接している。 - 少なくとも一つのバリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、それぞれの場合に、前記第一の中間層(3a)と前記機能要素(5)の間、及び前記第二の中間層(3b)と前記機能要素(5)の間に配置されており、このバリアフィルムは、前記機能要素(5)を越える、周囲全体の張り出し部分uを有しており、かつ少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは、完全に、前記機能要素(5)を覆っている、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 少なくとも一つのバリアフィルム(4)が、前記第一の中間層(3a)と前記機能要素(5)の間、及び前記第二の中間層(3b)と前記機能要素(5)の間に配置されており、このバリアフィルムは、前記機能要素(5)の一つの側端部(5.1)の周囲で、少なくとも部分的に折り返されており、かつ好ましくは、その他の側端部(5.2、5.3、5.4)で、機能要素(5)を越える、張り出し部分uを有している、請求項1に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 少なくとも一つのバリアフィルム(4)が、前記機能要素(5)のそれぞれの側端部(5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)の周囲で折り返されており、かつ前記バリアフィルム(4)が、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは、完全に、前記機能要素(5)を覆っている、請求項3に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは、少なくとも5重量%、特に好ましくは、少なくとも20重量%、さらにより好ましくは、少なくとも30重量%、特に、少なくとも40重量%の可塑剤を含有しており、かつ前記可塑剤が、好ましくは、トリ−又はテトラエチレングリコールの脂肪族ジエステル、特に好ましくは、トリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)を含むか、又はこれからなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも60重量%、好ましくは、少なくとも70重量%、特に好ましくは、少なくとも90重量%、特に、少なくとも97重量%のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)が、ポリマー分散型液晶(PDLC)フィルムである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4)は、前記バリアフィルム(4)を通じた可塑剤の拡散を防止するように実施されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)は、可塑剤の量が少ないか、又は可塑剤を含有せず、かつ好ましくは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)を含むか、又はこれからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)を越える、前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)の前記張り出し部分uが、少なくとも0.5mm、好ましくは、少なくとも2mm、特に好ましくは、少なくとも5mm、特に、少なくとも10mmである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)を越える、前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)の前記張り出し部分uが、50mm未満、好ましくは、30mm未満、特に好ましくは、20mm未満である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)が、前記張り出し部分uの領域で、少なくとも部分的に互いに結合しており、好ましくは、互いに接着しているか、又は互いに溶着している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)を有する前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)が、互いに結合しており、好ましくは、前記張り出し部分uの領域で、その表面全体にわたって接着している、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)と前記バリアフィルム(4、4a、4b)が、第三の中間層(3c)によって、周囲を取り囲まれている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 少なくとも以下を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)を製造するための方法:
(a)一つの外部ペイン(1)、一つの第一の中間層(3a)、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する一つの機能要素(5)、一つの第二の中間層(3b)、及び一つの内部ペイン(2)を、この順番で、互いに重ね合わせて配置すること、ここで、バリアフィルムを、前記機能要素(5)と前記中間層の間に配置する;及び
(b)前記外部ペイン(1)及び前記内部ペイン(2)を、積層によって結合すること、ここで、組み込まれた機能要素(5)を有している中間層を、前記第一の中間層(3a)及び前記第二の中間層(3b)から形成する。 - 工程(a)の前に、第一のバリアフィルム(4a)と前記第一の中間層(3a)、及び/又は第二のバリアフィルム(4b)と前記第二の中間層(3b)を、互いに接着する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)において、前記機能要素(5)を取り囲む第三の中間層(3c)を、前記第一の中間層(3a)と前記第二の中間層(3b)の間に配置する、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- サンバイザーとしての電気的に制御可能な前記機能要素(5)を有する、乗り物のウィンドシールド又はルーフパネルとしての、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)の使用。
- サンスクリーンとして又はプライバシースクリーンとしての電気的に制御可能な前記機能要素(5)を有する、乗り物又は建物における内部グレージング又は外部グレージングとしての、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能な前記機能要素(5)を有する、複合ペイン(100)の使用。
