Claims (20)
- ライナを用いたパイプラインのリハビリテーションにおいて使用するための継手要素であって、強化繊維および樹脂組成物からなる複合物を備える継手要素において、当該継手要素の第1のパーツが、強化繊維と実質的に完全に硬化された樹脂組成物を含み、当該継手要素の第2のパーツが、当該継手要素と前記ライナの少なくとも一部との間に機能的接合部を形成するために、任意には前記ライナを由来とする硬化性樹脂組成物を受容し得るドライ強化繊維を含み、当該継手要素の境界層が、前記第2のパーツの強化繊維および前記第1のパーツの樹脂を含むことにより前記第1のパーツおよび前記第2のパーツを構造的に連結していることを特徴とする、継手要素。
- 前記第1のパーツの強化繊維は、使用される材料および/または材料形態において、前記第2のパーツの強化繊維とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手要素。
- 前記第2のパーツの強化繊維の材料形態は、表面を含み、前記強化繊維は、前記表面外である方向へと延在していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の継手要素。
- 前記境界層は、前記第1のパーツの強化繊維をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記境界層は、接着剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 当該継手要素の第3のパーツが、反応性部分を含むように、部分的に硬化された熱硬化性樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記第1のパーツの反応性および/または単量体組成は、前記第3のパーツの反応性および/または単量体組成とは異なることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の継手要素。
- 当該継手要素は、周方向体を備え、前記周方向体の外方周方向シェルが前記第1のパーツを形成し、前記周方向体の内方周方向シェルが前記第2のパーツを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記外方周方向シェルと前記内方周方向シェルとの間に配置された周方向シェルが、第3のパーツを形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の継手要素。
- 当該継手要素の周方向シェルの任意の一方が、当該継手要素の実質的に全周にわたり延在していることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の継手要素。
- 部分的に硬化された熱硬化性樹脂組成物が、Bステージのものであることを特徴とする、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記第1のパーツは、当該継手要素の全体にわたり連続的であり、当該継手要素に対して寸法安定性を与え、前記第2のパーツを支持していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記ライナの自由エッジのための保護パーツを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 前記保護パーツが、例えば、溶接連結により前記ライナに連結していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の継手要素。
- 前記保護パーツが、前記ライナの自由エッジを封止するために、前記ライナに対して溶接され得る熱可塑性インサートを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の継手要素。
- パイプライン・システムの別の構成要素に対して結合するためのフランジを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素を製造するための方法であって、型を用意するステップと、前記型の表面上にドライ強化繊維を適用して前記第2のパーツを形成するステップと、前記第2のパーツの周囲において強化繊維および樹脂組成物を組合せることによって前記継手要素の前記第1のパーツを形成するステップであって、これにより前記第1のパーツの樹脂が前記第2のパーツの強化繊維に部分的に含浸されるステップと、熱硬化性樹脂組成物を実質的に完全に硬化された段階へと硬化するステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とする、継手要素を製造するための方法。
- 強化繊維および熱硬化性樹脂組成物を組合せることによって前記継手要素の前記第1のパーツを形成するステップは、前記樹脂組成物で前記強化繊維を含浸させ、前記型の上に含浸された前記強化繊維をフィラメント・ワインディングすることにより実施されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 強化繊維および硬化性樹脂組成物からなる管状ライナを用いてパイプラインをリハビリテーションする方法であって、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素を前記パイプラインの端部と同軸整列状態に設けるステップと、前記継手要素の少なくとも前記第2のパーツに対する加圧下において前記ライナの一部を設けるステップと、前記ライナの前記硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化するステップであって、これによりライナの硬化性樹脂組成物が前記第2のパーツの前記ドライ強化繊維によって受容されて、前記継手要素とライナパーツとの間に機能的接合部を形成する、および/または硬化性樹脂組成物が前記第2のパーツに対して適用され共硬化されることにより前記機能的接合部を形成する、ステップと、を含んでなることを特徴とする、パイプラインをリハビリテーションする方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の継手要素とパイプラインをリハビリテーションするためのライナとの接合体アセンブリであって、前記継手要素の第2のパーツおよび前記ライナのエッジパーツが、結合可能エリアにおいて重畳し、実質的に完全に硬化されて機能的接合部を形成していることを特徴とする、接合体アセンブリ。
