Claims (18)
- ・複数の光源、
・複数の光案内部材(3b)を有する導光性中実物体からなる光案内ユニット(3)、及び、
・焦点面(E)を有する後置の投射レンズ(4)
を含む、自動車用投光装置の照明装置(1)であって、
各光案内部材(3b)は光源(2)の光を当該光案内部材(3b)内に入射するための光入射面を有し、複数の光案内部材(3b)は光案内ユニット(3)の共通の光出射面(3a)に向って一緒に導かれており、光出射面(3a)は投射レンズ(4)へ光を放射するよう構成されておりかつ実質的に投射レンズ(4)の焦点面(E)に配置されている、照明装置において、
光案内ユニット(3)は、光出射面(3a)に沿ってリブ状に延在しかつ光出射面(3a)を越えて投射レンズ(4)の方向へ突出するか又はこの方向とは反対側に光出射面(3a)内の凹部として構成される少なくとも1つの透光性の偏向要素(6)を有し、
偏向要素(6)は、光出射面(3a)から偏向要素(6)内へ入射する光を少なくとも部分的に投射レンズ(4)の方向へ偏向するよう構成されること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置(1)において、
偏向要素(6)は光出射面(3a)の幅全体に沿って延在すること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の照明装置(1)において、
偏向要素(6)は三角形の形状の横断面を有すること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項3に記載の照明装置(1)において、
三角形の形状の横断面は3つの辺(S1、S2、S3)によって画成されており、
該三角形の第1の辺(S1)は光軸(X)に対し平行にかつ第2の辺(S2)は光出射面(3a)に対し平行に延伸すること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項4に記載の照明装置(1)において、
三角形の形状の横断面は第1の辺(S1)の端部と第2の辺(S2)の端部とを結合する第3の辺(S3)を有し、
第2の辺(S2)と第3の辺(S3)との間の傾斜角は5°〜40°であること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
光案内ユニット(3)は光出射面(3a)において上下に配置される2つ以上の偏向要素(6)を有すること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の照明装置(1)において、
投射レンズ(4)は光軸(X)を有し、及び、光案内ユニット(3)は該光軸(X)が光出射面(3a)と交差するよう配置されており、
すべての偏向要素(6)は該光軸(X)の下方に配置されること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項7に記載の照明装置(1)において、
各偏向要素(6)の第2の辺と第3の辺との間の傾斜角(α、α1、α2)は、上下に配置された偏向要素(6)の傾斜角(α、α1、α2)が投射レンズ(4)の光軸に近づくにつれて減少するよう選択されていること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項8に記載の照明装置(1)において、
夫々の偏向要素(6)の下方にある最も近くに位置する偏向要素(6)に対する当該夫々の偏向要素(6)の傾斜角(α、α1、α2)の減少は5%〜50%であること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項6〜9の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
上下に配された偏向要素(6)は互いに境を接していること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
光案内ユニット(3)の光案内部材(3b)は少なくとも2つの、有利には3つの上下に位置する列に配されており、
最も下側の列は光出射面(3a)の出射部分(3a’)に光を入射し、
偏向要素(6)は該出射部分(3a’)の下側半分の内部にのみ配置されること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項11に記載の照明装置(1)において、
最も下側の列の光案内部材(3b)は少なくとも1つの偏向要素(6)及び投射レンズ(4)と協働して遠方光光分布を形成するよう構成されていること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
投射レンズ(4)はその上側及び下側に、投射レンズ(4)の構造高さを減少するために、その周の連続性を妨げるカット部(4’)を有すること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜13の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
各光入射面(3b’)には1つの光源が配属されること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)において、
光源(2)はLEDであること
を特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)を含む、自動車両用投光装置、とりわけ自動車用投光装置。
- 請求項16に記載の自動車両用投光装置において、
偏向要素(6)が自動車両用投光装置の組立状態において光出射面に沿って水平方向に延在するよう、照明装置(1)は構成されかつ偏向要素(6)は構成されること
を特徴とする自動車両用投光装置。 - 請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の照明装置(1)を少なくとも1つ及び/又は請求項16又は17に記載の自動車両用投光装置を少なくとも1つ備えた自動車。
