を備えた、金属製造プロセスのための炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。 - 電気アーク炉(3)が金属装入領域(11)を有し、電磁撹拌機(5)が、金属装入領域(11)における溶融金属(M)の撹拌をもたらすように配置されるように構成された、請求項1に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。
- 金属装入領域(11)が、電気アーク炉(3)の底部(3a)の中心点に対して偏心して配置されている、請求項2に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。
- 電磁撹拌機(5)が、進行電磁波を撹拌方向軸に沿う第一の方向に発生させるように構成されたコイルを備え、電磁撹拌機(5)が、電気アーク炉(3)の中心を通り電気アーク炉(3)のタップ穴(3b)又は注ぎ口(3b)を通って延びる中心面(7)に対して撹拌方向軸が中心面(7)に対して角度(α)をなすように配置されるように構成されている、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。

- 電磁撹拌機(5)が電気アーク炉(3)の下に中心を置いて配置される、請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1)。
- 電磁撹拌機(5)が、電気アーク炉の下に偏心して配置される、請求項4から7の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1)。
- 電気アーク炉(3)に対する電磁撹拌機(5)の向きを制御して角度(α)を調節するように構成された電磁撹拌機位置制御装置を備える、請求項4から9の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。
- 電磁撹拌機(5)内の電流を制御するように構成された周波数変換器と、周波数変換器を制御するように構成された制御システムとを備えた、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。
- 電気アーク炉が、電気アーク炉の側面から金属材料の装入を受けるように構成されている、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−1;1−3)。
- 電気アーク炉が、電気アーク炉の上方から金属材料の装入を受けるように構成されている、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の炉アセンブリ(1;1−2;1−3;1−4)。
