Claims (8)
- in vitroまたはex vivo培養系において肝細胞をフィーダー細胞に接触させるステップを含む肝細胞を培養するための方法であって、フィーダー細胞および肝細胞が、同種から単離され、フィーダー細胞が、増殖停止間質細胞を含み、培養系が、細胞接触のための基質、および細胞培養培地を含み、培養系における細胞が、培養系における細胞の生存率および機能を促進させるのに十分な条件下でインキュベートされる、方法。
- 肝細胞が、ヒト細胞であり、フィーダー細胞が、ヒト細胞である肝臓非実質間質細胞を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 培養系において培養した肝細胞が、肝細胞機能を少なくとも30日間維持する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 増殖停止肝臓非実質間質細胞を含むフィーダー細胞、および肝細胞を含むin vitro共培養系であって、フィーダー細胞および肝細胞が、ヒト由来のものであり、肝細胞が、フィーダー細胞と接触し、共培養系が、細胞接触のための基質および細胞培養培地をさらに含む、in vitro共培養系。
