Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年11月17日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/423,259号の優先権を主張し、その開示は参照により本明細書に完全に組み込まれる。
以下の用語は、本明細書を通して使用され、他に示されない限り、以下の意味を有する。
一般に、SSZ−32xゼオライトは:(a)以下を含む反応混合物を調製すること;(1)酸化ケイ素源;(2)酸化アルミニウム源;(3)ジプロピルアミン(Q);(4)フッ化物イオン源;および(5)水;ならびに(b)反応混合物をゼオライトの結晶を形成するのに十分な結晶化条件に供することによって調製される。
ここで、組成変数Qはジプロピルアミンを表す。
上記反応混合物からのゼオライトの結晶化は、例えばポリプロピレンジャーまたはTeflonラインドまたはステンレス鋼オートクレーブのような適切な反応容器中で、125℃〜200℃の温度で、静的、回転または撹拌条件下、使用される温度で結晶化が起こるのに十分な時間、例えば3〜15日間行うことができる。結晶化は通常、自己圧下、閉鎖系で行われる。
その合成されたままの無水形態において、本SSZ−32xゼオライトは、以下の表2に記載されるように、モル比に関して化学組成を有する。
ここで、Qはジプロピルアミンを表す。対照的に、標準のSSZ−32および以前に報告された形態のSSZ−32xは、20〜40未満の範囲のSiO2/Al2O3モル比を有する。
標準SSZ−32は、0.5未満(例えば、0.35〜0.45)のアルゴン吸着比を有する。
Al2O3:(n)SiO2
式中、n≧50(例えば、50〜500、50〜300、50〜200、50〜100、50〜75、60〜500、60〜300、60〜200、60〜100、または60〜75)。
本ゼオライトは、吸着剤または高い活性が重要である有機化合物(例えば、炭化水素)転化反応における触媒として有用であり得る。本ゼオライトによって触媒され得る有機化合物転化プロセスの例には、異性化および有機含酸素化合物の炭化水素、例えばガソリン沸騰成分、オレフィンおよび芳香族化合物への転化が含まれる。
以下の例示的な例は非限定的であることを意図している。
Teflonライナーにおいて、1.08gのCBV780Y−ゼオライト粉末(Zeolyst International、SiO2/Al2O3モル比=80)、0.90gのジプロピルアミン(CH3CH2CH2NHCH2CH2CH3)、4.86gの脱イオン水、および最後に0.36gの濃HFを共に混合した。次いで、ライナーに蓋をしてParr Steelオートクレーブ反応器内に置いた。オートクレーブをオーブン内の回転スピット(spit)(43rpm)に置き、160℃で6日間加熱した。固体生成物を冷却した反応器から濾過により回収し、脱イオン水で洗浄し、95℃で乾燥した。
CBV780Y−ゼオライトをHSZ(いずれかの国における登録商標)−390HUA USY−ゼオライト(Tosoh、SiO2/Al2O3モル比=500)で置き換えたことを除くほか例1を繰り返した。
Teflonライナーに、シリカ上にコーティングされた3gのアルミニウムゾル(固形分30%、SiO2/Al2O3モル比=130)を装入し、5.25gの脱イオン水で希釈した。次いで注意深く、ジプロピルアミン(0.90g)を添加し、続いて0.36gの50%HFを添加した。次いで、ライナーに蓋をしてParr Steelオートクレーブ反応器内に置いた。オートクレーブをオーブン内の回転スピット(43rpm)に置き、160℃で6〜12日間加熱した。固体生成物を冷却した反応器から濾過により回収し、脱イオン水で洗浄し、95℃で乾燥した。
例2からの材料を空気中595℃で5時間焼成した。焼成後、室温で3日間4.5gの0.148NのNH4OH溶液と5.5gの脱イオン水、次いで(NH3)4Pt(NO3)2溶液(pH9.5に緩衝化)とを混合し、こうして1gのゼオライトと混合した1gのこの溶液が0.5重量%のPt担持量を提供するように材料に白金を担持させた。回収したPt/SSZ−32xゼオライトを脱イオン水で洗浄し、95℃で乾燥した後、300℃で3時間焼成した。焼成Pt/SSZ−32x触媒を次いでペレット化し、粉砕し、20〜40メッシュに篩分けした。
0.5gのこのPt/SSZ−32x触媒を、供給物を予熱するために触媒の上流にアランダムが装填された長さ23インチ、外径0.25インチのステンレス鋼反応器管の中央に装填した(全圧1200psig;1気圧および25℃で測定した場合、160mL/分の下降流水素速度;および1mL/時の下降流液体供給速度)。全ての材料は、最初に約315℃で1時間水素流中で還元された。生成物を60分毎に1回オンラインキャピラリーガスクロマトグラフィ(GC)により分析した。GCからの生データは自動データ収集/処理システムによって収集され、炭化水素転化率は生データから計算された。転化率は、他の生成物(イソ−C10を含む)を製造するために反応したn−デカンの量として定義される。収率は、n−デカン以外の生成物のモルパーセントとして表され、収量生成物としてイソ−C10異性体を含む。結果を図2(a)および図2(b)に示す。
例4の教示に従って例3からの材料に白金担持を実施した。例4に記載した条件下で、白金担持試料をn−デカンの選択的水素化転化について試験した。結果を図3(a)および3(b)に示す。
Claims (8)
- ゼオライトSSZ−32xを合成する方法であって:
(a)以下を含む反応混合物を調製すること;
(1)酸化ケイ素源;
(2)酸化アルミニウム源;
(3)ジプロピルアミン(Q);
(4)フッ化物イオン源;および
(5)水;ならびに
(b)該反応混合物を前記ゼオライトの結晶を形成するのに十分な結晶化条件に供すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記反応混合物が、モル比で以下の組成を有する、請求項1に記載の方法:

- 前記結晶化条件が125℃〜200℃の温度を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも50のSiO2/Al2O3モル比を有するSSZ−32xゼオライト。
- 前記SiO2/Al2O3モル比が50〜500である、請求項5に記載のSSZ−32xゼオライト。
- その孔にジプロピルアミンをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のSSZ−32xゼオライト。
- 有機化合物を含む供給原料を転化生成物に転化するプロセスであって、有機化合物転化条件で、該供給原料を、請求項5に記載の活性形態のSSZ−32xゼオライトを含む触媒と接触させることを含む、プロセス。
