Claims (13)
- 取得した生体試料を入れたシリンジ、上記シリンジの先端と末端をそれぞれ密閉した第1ホルダ及び第2ホルダからなる注射器を回転させて生体試料を遠心分離する遠心分離装置であって、
回転する回転体と、
上記回転体と連動しシリンジを垂直に立設させた状態で先端の一部を収容してシリンジを長軸中心に回転させるブラケットと、
上記シリンジの回転を支持しシリンジの内部を密閉させた状態で内部に流体を供給して遠心分離した後、生体試料中の不要な試料をシリンジで洗浄し外部に搬出する試料処理部と、を含むことを特徴とする遠心分離装置。 - 上記ブラケットは、
上部が開口されてシリンジの先端を一部収容する多段溝が形成され、
該多段溝は同心円で相異なる直径を有する第1溝と第2溝が形成され、
上記第1溝には第1ホルダを収容し、第2溝にはシリンジの一部を収容するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記回転体とブラケットは、分離または結合自在であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。
- 上記試料処理部は、
上記シリンジの内部に結合した流入管を通して洗浄液を供給する洗浄手段と、
上記シリンジの内部に結合した流出管を通して洗浄液と不要試料を吸入する除去手段とから構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記第2ホルダの中央に空回り手段をさらに含ませて
上記シリンジと試料処理部とのずれを防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記回転体に回転力を伝達する動力部がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。
- 上記動力部は、垂直に連結手段が結合され、
上記連結手段の上部が試料処理部を把持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記第2溝には内周縁に弾性材質の圧迫部材をさらに含ませて
上記シリンジが第2溝に弾力的に嵌合されるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記洗浄手段は、
洗浄水を圧送する洗浄液供給手段がさらに含まれ、
上記洗浄液供給手段に連結された第1管路と流入管が連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記除去手段は、
上記シリンジの内部の不要試料と洗浄水を外部に搬出するために真空圧を発生させる廃棄手段がさらに含まれ、
上記廃棄手段に連結された第2管路と流出管が連結されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離装置。 - 上記流入管と流出管にはフィルタがさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離装置。
- 上記フィルタは流出管と流入管に着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遠心分離装置。
- 上記フィルタは30〜500um単位の孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遠心分離装置。
