Abstract
Description
シュードモナス・エルギノーザ(P.エルギノーザ)ATCC 15442
エンテロコッカス・ヒラエ(Enterococcus hirae)(E.ヒラエ)(ATCC 10541
エシェリヒア・コリ(Escherichia coli)(E.コリ)ATCC 10536
洗濯物中によく見られる細菌の我々自身の分析に基づいて、P.エルギノーザなどのシュードモナス属種への対処が非常に重要であると考えている。
(i)a)(ADBAC)アルキルジメチルベンザルコニウムクロリドと、
b)(DDAC)ジデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドと、
c)(ADEBAC)アルキルジメチルエチルベンザルコニウムクロリドと
からなる3種の第4級アンモニウム化合物、
および
(ii)L−乳酸
の混合物
を含み、
L−乳酸(ii)対第4級アンモニウム化合物(i)の重量比は、95:5〜52:48の範囲にある。
L−乳酸は、有機酸であり、同様のサイズの酸といくつかの特徴を共有している。低い酸解離定数(pKa)と低い疎水性の組み合わせは、L−乳酸を容易に水と混和性にする。L−乳酸は、主にエマルジョンの水相にある。これにより、水相が細菌も存在する場所であるため、より疎水性の有機酸よりも優れている。細胞膜を横切ってプロトン、または酸性度を「往復させる」のが特に良好である。細胞内に入ると、細菌細胞を阻害する4つの広範な作用機序がある。これら4つの機序は、2013年にDesriacらによって概説された。

好ましい材料は、プロパン−2−オール(7%)中および水中に、3種の抗菌性第4級アンモニウム化合物(QAC)を同程度に(ADEBAC、ADBACおよびDDAC)含む、Bardac 114である。これは、相乗的混合物として市販されており、ADBAC(すなわちBKC)よりも約3倍効率的であると言われている。Bardac 114の活性内容物は:
ADBAC:QACベンジルC12〜16アルキルジメチル、クロリド(16%)
DDAC:ジデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド(16%)
ADEBAC:QAC C12〜14−アルキル[(エチルフェニル)メチル]ジメチルクロリド(16%)
混合殺生物剤系
L−乳酸をBardac 114と組み合わせることにより、周囲温度および短い接触時間でP.エルギノーザに対して良好な殺生物活性を与え、またフロントローディング方式の自動洗濯機からのすすぎ用のEN1276パスを確保するのに必要なBardac 114の量を減少させ(希釈係数×1400)、また製品への可燃性の表示も避けることを見出した。我々はまた、ラセミ乳酸を試験し、そしてそれがBardac 114と混合したときに同様の結果を与えることを見出した。
S.アウレウス:グラム陽性菌
E.ヒラエ:2番目のグラム陽性菌
E.コリ:グラム陰性菌
P.エルギノーザ:2番目のグラム陰性菌である。
ジクロサン、二ハロゲン化化合物において、いくつかの実施形態では、4−4’ジクロロ−2−ヒドロキシジフェニルエーテルを組成物に添加して、重量効率の良い殺生物剤混合物を得ることができる。
MBCaは、特定の生物に対して決定された成分の最小殺菌濃度である。(適切な懸濁試験プロトコルに関して、この場合は5分間の接触時間、汚れた条件、20℃で標準硬度の水に関して、微生物数のLog5減少をもたらす成分の濃度として定義される)。ここに示す例は、EN 1276の縮小版であるMTP懸濁試験に従って生成されたものである。
マイクロタイタープレート(MTP)中で行われ、BS EN 1276:1997に包含される古典的懸濁試験の縮小版に基づいて行われるハイスループット定量的懸濁試験が、混合殺生物剤系の殺菌活性を評価するために使用される。この方法は任意の細菌で使用することができるが、この例では菌種P.エルギノーザATCC 15442が独占的に使用されている。
中和剤:Tween 80、60g/L;レシチン、6g/L;L−ヒスチジン、2g/L;チオ硫酸ナトリウム、10g/L;オートクレーブ滅菌。
接触時間:5分±10秒
試験温度:20℃±1℃
妨害物質:汚れた状態:試験中0.3%w/vウシ血清アルブミン
妨害物質を滅菌蒸留水で3%に調製し、0.2μmセルロースフィルターユニットを通過させることにより濾過滅菌した。
表1に示した製剤のストック濃度は、60mlのステリリン中で調製し、希釈液は96ウェルディープウェルプレート中で調製し、すべてのストック液および希釈液は24°FHの硬水を用いて調製した。典型的には、試験方法は、成分混合物の濃度の全合計範囲が1000ppmから50ppmの間で変動するようなものであった。試験プレートは、製剤プレートがプレートの11列にまたがる11の製剤希釈を有するように設定された。組成例BおよびMのような殺生物性の低い系では、MBCを探索し、最終的に見出すために、濃度を上昇させること、およびより大きい希釈段階を用いることが必要であった。
残りの6つの希釈プレートに作成した。

式中、シグモイド関数;式1によって計算されるように、y_measured(i)は、組成物のi番目の実験点の測定MBCであり、y(i)は、組成物のi番目の実験点のMBCである。
LOG10(x)は、10を底としたxの対数である。
Claims (9)
- 自動洗濯機のすすぎ補助ディスペンサーに、任意選択的に同じ分配区画内の液体布地コンディショナーの用量と共に、4〜40mlの使用量の液体組成物を添加する工程を含み、
前記組成物が、1種以上の水溶性第4級アンモニウム化合物と、1種以上の水溶性有機ヒドロキシ酸とを含み、
前記水溶性有機ヒドロキシ酸対前記第4級アンモニウム化合物の重量比は、95:5〜52:48の範囲内にある、殺生物性組成物を洗濯物洗浄工程において添加する方法。 - 前記組成物が少なくとも2つの異なる水溶性第4級アンモニウム化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物中の水溶性有機ヒドロキシ酸対水溶性第4級アンモニウム化合物の重量比が75:25〜54:46の範囲内にある、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物中の前記水溶性有機ヒドロキシ酸が、乳酸、またはクエン酸とマロン酸の混合物を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物中の酸がL−乳酸を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物中に2種の水溶性第4級アンモニウム化合物が存在し、
一方がADEBAC(アルキルジメチルエチルベンズアルコニウムクロリド)であり、
他方がADBAC(アルキルジメチルベンザルコニウムクロリド)である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記組成物がDDAC(ジデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド)をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、キャリア溶媒と、下記:
(i)a)(ADBAC)アルキルジメチルベンザルコニウムクロリドと、
b)(DDAC)ジデシルジメチルアンモニウムクロリドと、
c)(ADEBAC)アルキルジメチルエチルベンザルコニウムクロリドと
からなる3種の第4級アンモニウム化合物、
および
(ii)L−乳酸
の混合物と
を含み、
L−乳酸(ii)対第4級アンモニウム化合物(i)の重量比は、95:5〜52:48の範囲内にある、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記使用量が5〜25mlである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
