Claims (20)
- 画像データを三次元プリンタデータに変換する方法であって、前記方法は、
対象の三次元ボリュームを表す画像データを受信するステップと、
或る特定のプリンタを記述するプリンタ定義データを用いて、前記画像データから、前記三次元ボリュームの少なくとも部分を表現する3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 1つ以上のマスクを生成するために前記画像データを区分化するステップであって、各マスクは印刷対象の1物体を表現している、ステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プリンタおよび前記3Dプリンタ入力データを用いて3D物体を印刷するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップは、前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって、前記画像データの解像度、および前記画像データから生成されたマスクの解像度のうちの一方または両方を調整するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップは、前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって、印刷対象のセクションの厚さを増大または低減するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップは、前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって、固体領域中にボイドを生成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップは、前記プリンタ定義データ中の領域の間にギャップ領域を生成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成するステップは、前記1つ以上のマスクを評価するために前記プリンタ定義データを用いるステップと、前記評価が前記1つ以上のマスクは変更を必要とすると判断した場合、前記マスクを反復的な仕方で変更するステップと、を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 画像データを三次元プリンタデータに変換するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
メモリと、
プロセッサであって、対象の三次元ボリュームを表す画像データを受信し、或る特定のプリンタを記述するプリンタ定義データを用いて、前記画像データから、前記三次元ボリュームの少なくとも部分を表現する三次元(3D)プリンタ入力データを生成する、ように構成された、プロセッサと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、1つ以上のマスクを生成するために前記画像データを区分化するように構成され、各マスクは印刷対象の1物体を表現する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記3Dプリンタ入力データを用いて3D物体を印刷するための3Dプリンタを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成することは、前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって、前記画像データの解像度、および前記画像データから生成されたマスクの解像度のうちの一方または両方を調整することを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、3Dプリンタ入力データを生成することが前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって印刷対象のセクションの厚さを増大または低減することを含む、ように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成することは、前記プリンタ定義データにしたがって、固体領域中にボイドを生成することを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 3Dプリンタ入力データを生成することは、前記プリンタ定義データ中の領域の間にギャップ領域を生成することを含む、請求項9に記載のシステム。

- 変換を行って三次元(3D)物体を生成する方法であって、前記方法は、
三次元ボリュームを表す画像データを受信するステップと、
1つ以上のマスクを生成するために前記画像データを区分化するステップと、
或る特定のプリンタを記述するデータを用いて、前記1つ以上のマスクの印刷性について評価するステップと、
前記評価が前記1つ以上のマスクは印刷不可能と判断した場合、前記マスクを調整して、前記評価オペレーションを繰り返すステップと、
前記評価が前記1つ以上のマスクは印刷可能と判断した場合、前記物体を印刷するためにプリンタに入力されるデータを生成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 3Dプリンタに入力される前記データを用いて前記3D物体を印刷するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 調整するステップが、印刷対象のセクションの厚さを増大または低減するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記マスクの解像度を調整するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
