図1は、第1実施形態に係る磁気共鳴イメージング装置1の構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、磁気共鳴イメージング装置1は、架台10、寝台30、傾斜磁場電源21、送信回路23、受信回路25、寝台駆動装置27、シーケンス制御回路29及び医用データ処理装置50を有する。
第2実施形態に係る医用データ処理装置は、X線コンピュータ断層撮影装置に搭載されたコンピュータであるとする。以下、第2実施形態について説明する。なお以下の説明において、第1実施形態と略同一の機能を有する構成要素については、同一符号を付し、必要な場合にのみ重複説明する。
第3実施形態に係る医用データ処理装置は、超音波診断装置に搭載されたコンピュータであるとする。以下、第3実施形態について説明する。なお以下の説明において、第1実施形態と略同一の機能を有する構成要素については、同一符号を付し、必要な場合にのみ重複説明する。
上記第1、第2及び第3実施形態では、データ生成処理の処理対象のデータは、医用画像診断装置により収集された生データであるとした。しかしながら、本実施形態はこれに限定されず、他の医用画像診断装置により収集された生データにも適用可能であるし、生体情報計測器により収集された波形データにも適用可能である。波形データを処理対象とする場合、医用画像を生成しないので、データ生成処理として空間変換処理を行う必要はない。波形データに対しては、データ生成処理として、例えば、ノイズ低減処理や平滑化処理、オフセット処理等の後処理が行われる。これら後処理のパラメータは、設置施設又は装置バーションによる揺らぎが生じ得るため、統計的バイアスを生じさせるものもある。

Claims (12)
- 被検体に関する医用データを取得する取得部と、
前記医用データに対し所定の処理を施して医用診断データを出力すると共に、前記所定の処理の一部又は全てを施さずに、機械学習用に規格化された、前記医用データに基づく規格化医用データを出力する出力部と、
を具備する医用データ処理装置。 - 前記医用データは、医用画像診断装置により収集された前記被検体に関する生データであり、
前記出力部は、前記生データに前記所定の処理の前記一部として空間変換処理を施して変換後データを生成し、前記変換後データに前記所定の処理の他部として後処理を施して後処理後データを生成し、前記後処理後データを前記医用診断データとして出力し、前記後処理の全てを施さずに、前記変換後データを前記規格化医用データとして出力する、
請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。 - 前記医用データは、医用画像診断装置により収集された前記被検体に関する生データであり、
前記出力部は、前記生データに前記所定の処理の前記一部として空間変換処理を施して変換後データを生成し、前記変換後データに前記所定の処理の他部として後処理の全てを施して第1の後処理後データを生成し、前記第1の後処理後データを前記医用診断データとして出力し、前記変換後データに前記後処理の一部を施して第2の後処理後データを生成し、前記第2の後処理後データを前記規格化医用データとして出力する、
請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。 - 前記医用データは、医用画像診断装置により収集された前記被検体に関する生データであり、
前記出力部は、前記生データに前記所定の処理の前記一部として空間変換処理を施して変換後データを生成し、前記変換後データに前記所定の処理の他部として、ユーザにより設定される第1のパラメータの後処理を施して画像処理後データを前記医用診断データとして出力し、前記変換後データに、機械学習のために規格化された第2のパラメータの前記後処理を施して前記規格化医用データを出力する、
請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。 - 前記医用データは、医用画像診断装置により収集された前記被検体に関する生データであり、
前記出力部は、前記生データに前記所定の処理の一部として前処理を施して前処理後データを生成し、前記前処理後データに前記所定の処理の他部として画像変換処理を施して前記医用診断データを出力し、前記生データに前記画像変換処理を施して前記規格化医用データを出力する、
請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。 - 前記出力部は、前記規格化医用データを暗号化する、請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記医用診断データと前記規格化医用データとが格納された単一のDICOMファイルを出力する、請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記規格化医用データを、機械学習用のコンピュータに自動的に送信する、請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 前記医用診断データと前記機械学習用のコンピュータからの機械学習の結果データとを表示する表示部を更に備える、請求項8記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 前記医用診断データの出力の可否及び/又は前記規格化医用データの出力の可否を選択するための画面を表示する表示部を更に備える、請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 前記出力部は、前記医用診断データに機械学習用でない旨の情報を付す及び/又は前記規格化医用データに機械学習用である旨の情報を付す、請求項1記載の医用データ処理装置。
- 被検体に関する医用データを取得し、
前記医用データに対し所定の処理を施して医用診断データを出力すると共に、前記所定の処理の一部又は全てを施さずに、機械学習用に規格化された、前記医用データに基づく規格化医用データを出力する、
ことを具備する医用データ処理方法。
