Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、車両100には、本発明の第1実施形態の運転者視線検出装置(運転者状態検出装置)10−1が搭載される。運転者視線検出装置10−1は、複数の視線検出部12と、推定部36と、を備える。運転者視線検出装置10−1は、車両100の運転者200の視線方向202を推定する装置である。
次いで、本発明の第2実施形態の運転者視線検出装置(運転者状態検出装置)10−2について説明する。以下では、運転者視線検出装置10−1と共通する運転者視線検出装置10−2の構成の説明は省略し、運転者視線検出装置10−1とは異なる運転者視線検出装置10−2の構成を説明する。図5及び図6では、運転者視線検出装置10−1と共通する運転者視線検出装置10−2の各構成には、対応する運転者視線検出装置10−1と同じ符号を付す。

- 車両の運転者の状態を検出する第1状態検出部及び第2状態検出部を含む少なくとも2つの状態検出部と、
前記第1状態検出部と前記第2状態検出部とは、車幅方向に関して前記運転者を挟む位置に配置され、
前記第1状態検出部及び前記第2状態検出部は、運転席後端よりも前方に配置されている、
運転者状態検出装置。 - 前記状態検出部は前記運転者の視線方向を検出する第1視線検出部及び第2視線検出部を含む少なくとも2つの視線検出部である、
請求項1記載の運転者状態検出装置。 - 前記第1視線検出部及び前記第2視線検出部は、ステアリングホイールよりも前方に配置されている、
請求項2記載の運転者状態検出装置。 - 前記視線検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記運転者の視線方向を推定する推定部を備える請求項2又は3に記載の運転者状態検出装置。
