Claims (4)
- 軸と、前記軸を取り囲むハウジングと、前記軸と前記ハウジングとの間に介在する転がり軸受とを備え、前記転がり軸受が、前記軸と前記ハウジングのうちのいずれか一方である相手部材とすきま嵌めされた軌道輪を有し、前記軌道輪と前記相手部材が、円周方向に延びる嵌め合い面を有する軸受装置において、
前記軌道輪と前記相手部材のうちの少なくとも一つが、当該軌道輪又は当該相手部材の嵌め合い面をもった肉盛り部材と、前記肉盛り部材を径方向に支持する本体とを有し、
前記本体に対する前記肉盛り部材の固定によって前記軌道輪又は前記相手部材の嵌め合い面を全幅に亘って分断するように逃げ面が形成されており、
前記少なくとも一つの逃げ面が、前記転がり軸受に負荷されるラジアル荷重の範囲内で最大のラジアル荷重を負荷された場合の荷重負荷圏で前記軌道輪と前記相手部材間に径方向隙間を残せるように形成されていることを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記本体が、前記肉盛り部材を支持する円筒面を有し、
前記肉盛り部材が、前記本体の円筒面に円周方向に有限の長さで径方向に重なる有端円環状に形成されている請求項1に記載の軸受装置。 - 前記肉盛り部材が、前記本体の円筒面に圧入又は射出成形されている請求項2に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記軌道輪のみが前記逃げ面を有し、前記軌道輪の本体が、軌道面をもった軸受部品からなる請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受装置。
