乗換・乗越えの為の勾配を実現する方法として枕木側に深み(高低)を付けて勾配を作る方法と共に、本項では枕木ではなくレール本体の長手方向に勾配を付けて登坂・乗換・乗越え・乗換・降坂方式を実現させるための異形レールである。
第2の発明は
軌間の異なる複数の路線を相互に走行可能なWGT車輌通過用切替ポイントや踏切に設備する乗換乗越え方式の区間レールに取り付ける勾配を作るための枕木である。通常は区間レールの勾配を均等に揃えるのは面倒であるが本発明は区間に設置する枕木毎に勾配用の深さ或は高さを順次変えて予め設定した各々の路線毎に標準乗換勾配を実現させるものである。
大径輪走行用の乗換乗越えレールは車輪が空転する低い位置から勾配を作って従前走行レールと等高にするための切り込みの深さをそれぞれ順序をもって調整する為の枕木である。
当該勾配を実現する方法としてレール本体側長手方向に勾配を作る方法と共に、本項ではレールではなく枕木にて「区間に設置する枕木毎に勾配用の深さを変えて予め設定した標準勾配を実現」させる勾配確保に関する技術である。
また、枕木の切り込み深さを同じくして厚みの違うスペーサーを順次挟み込み、または留め具のレールを乗せる部分の高さを順次変えていきレールの勾配及び高さを調整して勾配を確保する方法がある。
また、当該レール高さを変更する工事の際に旧レールと新設レールの高さ調整を厚みを順次替えたスペーサー取り付けることによって新旧の段差を調整しながら工事を進めることが出来る。犬釘またはレール留め具のレールとの間にスペーサーを挟み勾配を調整することが出来る。The first invention is a special deformed rail that secures an uphill or downhill slope with the rail body.
